My first time eating at Hot n Juicy and it was amazing. The HnJ signature suace was so good , I practically drank it. The service was amazing and Malcolm, our server was so hospitable. They all were! Friendly welcoming and fun atmosphere. I definitely will be back here @ the Henderson South Eastern location.

The food was great. I had a wonderful server named Kay who did a phenomenal job at serving us even going out of her way to change the channel to the dodgers game. She was always attentive to our needs and she was the best server I ever had. We went on a tuesday night and it was still packed and busy.

My server was great but 90 dollars for two little bags of food. I thought I was tripping until I came to the comments. Never again. For context my daughter who is 11 did not get full. You gotta buy a potatoes separate? And a corn? And this and that. No bueno. I heard red lobster is back in business.

Hot & Juicy Crawfish Cajun Restaurant has a great menu selection and more than just seafood! Ain’t gonna lie I go for the Deep Fried Baskets, For Play (Appetizers) and the Teasers. My go to’s are: The Deep Fried Catfish fried extra crispy with Seasoned Fries/Fried Calamari/Crispy Pork Skins/Corn Nuggets/Bowl of Rice/6 pc Sausage in Lemon Butter. I do find the Garlic Butter baby spice is still on the spicy side for my taste. Friendly staff. Val was our server and took great care of us! Much appreciated Val. This location is definitely worth checking out and it does get busy at times but the wait times aren’t that bad.

And let’s talk about speed: drinks appeared faster than the laws of physics should allow. Napkins? Replenished before one even touched the floor. The way he cracked jokes and put everyone at ease—it was like dining with an old friend who also happens to have Michelin-star service training.
I’ve dined all over the world, from hidden Parisian gems to Tokyo’s most exclusive sushi counters, and yet—nothing compares to the Tristan Experience™. NASA should study his efficiency. Harvard should teach classes on his people skills. If hospitality had a Hall of Fame, Tristan would already have his own wing.
