So i went back up to the counter and asked for 2 plates and 2 forks, this woman was rude to me and handed me 1 plate and 1 fork. I politely asked for another one, and she said "only 1". On a bustling Saturday night, I chose the less crowded window, feeling sympathy for the old lady at the counter, and ordered a cold noodle. However, I received seafood tofu soup. Assuming it was a mix-up, I silently ate it at my seat. When questioned, I explained I thought there was an error, but she left angrily. Upon her return, demanding the soup back, she nearly spilled it on me. Despite offering to pay the difference, her unpleasant attitude and tasteless food left me with a lost appetite. It wasn't my fault for receiving the wrong order when my alert went off. I assumed it was my order, as people make mistakes. I usually avoid confrontation, and I was willing to pay the difference, but her attitude was a deal-breaker. I rarely write negative reviews, but this incident deserves attention.

We have 10 people in the group. Doesn't mean to avoid paying group rate, but with separate checks , the waitress charge us 20% tips automatically with poor service. She didn't come to our table after dropping off food. I'm so sick of people hungers for tip but no service.

Don't go there!! They eat customers' food and put the food back for customers! I ordered a cold noodle for Togo. The lady's rude and gave me bad attitude, it's okay, that's only for Togo, I thought. We were still waiting for another order from another restaurant so we sit near the restaurant. But I saw the lady always eating something when she comes back from the back. I was thinking she maybe would eat my food too so I was watching her. And yes! She took the food( which is ready to pack) to the back kitchen, she put two spoonfuls into her mouth with a big spoon! I felt that's too gross . I don't want my order from her restaurant, but she doesn't want to do refunds. Maybe she knows the police not gonna come for this things that's why she's so savage. The ugly lady is the boss of the restaurant.

wow. I've been coming here for so many years already and contemplating on ever going back. the lady that was working there was another lady that doesn't usually work there, she was wearing black glasses and on her phone. no acknowledgment when I went up to her stand. kind of weird how you're blatantly on your phone while you're working. Anyways, I wasn't going to order anything because all I needed was a napkin or a few for the food that I'd ordered already. I wanted to make sure I didn't make much of a mess at my table, so I needed extra napkins to clean up. I ask her "Can I have a napkin please?" and she gives me a little condescending smirk as she says "Napkin? napkin comes with food, how do you get a napkin if you don't buy food? Go ask other restaurants " I was so surprised because this has never happened to me before, and I know that anyone in food service should never respond the way she did. Being a worker in the food service itself, I have customers all the time coming up and asking for extra napkins, which I happily comply with. I asked her again, saying "I just need a napkin." she said the same thing along the lines of "I don't give napkins if you don't buy food, go ask some other restaurants. go." The way she spoke was in condescending and snobby way. and I smiled at her, knowing that she'll get her karma soon for being such a condescending, unfit employee. She was the weirdest cashier I've ever meant, hopefully, she falls and trips on eggshells. It didn't help that I was dressed in a baggy lazy outfit and no makeup done. Really good soon tofu!Unexpected in a market food court, but the tofu is soft, the soup is flavorful and just the right consistency (this is to eat as a soup with rice).Plus, it’s served when it’s BOILING hot which is really good!It’s so simple but tastes so good and I would come again!!!If you’ve been to BCD soon tofu in LA, then this soon tofu is very similar to that, in my opinion, better than the other few tofu house in town
