This is the second consecutive time I've ordered delivery from this location and didn't receive my drink. I went through the Jack in the Box app to try to remedy the situation but got an auto reply saying that someone will get in touch with me. No one got back to me last time and so far I'm being ignored again. I even tried calling but was immediately sent to a voicemail that I'm sure never gets checked.

So, the girl at the register was very nice but the woman with the phone in her hand was so very rude to me, as if I inconvenienced her by driving into the drive-thru and asking to order food for a blind person ..as we can see her phone as way more important than her customers' service... I really believe it was because of my Race but when the man asked for something she looked and acknowledged him.. me not so much please someone let her know about her paradigm all black people are not bad people

I was trying to get my order in but when I went to the drive through they told me they were not taking orders until 4:45 an and when I went to the side window the employees were trying to buy stolen items from homeless people that’s why they were not taking
In the drive thru at 4am to get some munchies and I'm told they aren't taking orders. This isn't the first time I've heard this. Usually between 3:30 and 4:00am the computers are down or something. But this was at exactly 4am. No it'll be a few minutes or anything. My insistent questions on why must have gotten to this employee. Starts cussing and threatening to come outside to handle this. I called the complaint line. We'll see how this goes. I'll update this as I hear more....

i ordered late at night, with fairly low expectations, and was absolutely blown away. my food was fantastic, on time, and there was a slice of cheesecake extra for me :-) i havent had a food experience this good, and im surprised its from a fast food place. A+, 5/5, kisses for the jack in the box
