Sometimes the different crews provide different quality food and service
Worst salad ever! I've been going to this location for many years and they have always had good salads. A good mix of different lettuces, fresh chicken, all at a good temperature. The last few ones I've gotten have been terrible. All Iceberg lettuce as brown as could be. The tomato's & cucumbers were old & the chicken was nasty. When I tryed to let them know the District Manager, David, told me I must me mistaken! Are you kidding me I sent him a copy of my receipt & pictures of the salad. He offered me a voucher for the same thing! Seriously I'll never order a salad from this place ever again!
You can get a nice salad for $2
Age of Coronavirus:Sit in eating cut down on capacity, plus more people prefer ordering through drive in, actually it's advantageous to be contrariant. I got the whole place to myself.
Fast food food was cold old sitting
Good paced and quick indoor staff. Food was served in 3 minutes from order.
Good food and friendly staff??
They messed up my order 3 times in a row. Never going back here.
Love Jack in the Box especially for late night quick food.
I ordered a chicken salad that was $6.19, two tacos and 3 egg rolls. I get home to find no type of salad dressing what so ever, no taco sauce and no sweet and sour sauce. I swear fast food restaurants in Vegas are the worse. Either the order is wrong or they do stuff like give you a salad with no dressing. Like dayum get it together!
We wanted a quick bite. Everything was great accept the almostfor my shake. I had to remind hubby.
Wait time is always long.. both drive thru and inside. I ordered mini loaded tacos and they were out of taco sauce. Bathroom smells horrible as well.
My god. Awful service and Attitude! Don't come here unless you want to go to the hospital!! Food made me sick!!! The attitude was awful!!! So mean and cruel!!!
This has been our favorite Jack in the Box for about 3 years, but today was not great. We love sitting in our window seats facing Charleston, but today there are GIANT posters covering the windows and you cannot see out. Why do they cover the windows so customers have to sit in chairs facing the back of a poster? We managed to find ONE window that was not covered but had to face the inside parking lot. When I got my Teriyaki chicken bowl, the chicken was actually so cold, it was like they forgot to microwave it after taking it out of the refrigerator. They did apologize and re-did my meal, but we walked out very disappointed. I think we'll start going to another one. This one has gone downhill.
