We came in and the two younger kids literally acted annoyed that we were going to order. Then the girl said it all you and the kid was like really??? I stop here pretty regularly and never got attitude for wanting to order food. Do better! And I didn't get my large drink. ?

Good place to go to if you're around in the area. Most of the workers are nice and the food is always great. Wanted to give a shout out to the girl with colored hair, Mauley, she's super sweet.

Why have your drive thru open if your employees are just going to sit there on their phones doing nothing and say "only doing DoorDash and grub hub orders". Like what? I'm sorry if you're open, you're open. Common sense, sounds like your employees need some or a new job that clearly doesn't ask much of them. ‍

The service was not the best, was light on employees, even so could have served me sooner, the oil in the fryer needs to be changed, hash brown tastes bad The burrito was good, The Coke fountain mix was off, tastes bad. Floors and tables dirty.

This Jack in the Box has the worst service. They are always out of something but the worst part is I tried to order food at 2a but they say they were cleaning the grill, okay I get it. Could have pick a better time in my opinion. So i try again that same morning at 4a this time and now they have a cone in the drive thru and they are still cleaning. They always seem to be cleaning at the worst possible time. Not to mention they are supposed to be open 24hrs but completely close on Sunday & Monday. Come on Jack in the Box, get it together.****something i forgot to mention*****When I pulled up to order @ 2a the girl says over the intercom 'welcome to Jack in the Box what can we get started for you'The 2 for $4 bagel breakfast deal. Her response was then I'm sorry we're cleaning the grill. So I asked what there was since you already asked what can you can get started for me? this chic was serious and said we have some meat pattys from before to make a burger?just venting?

TERRIBLE MANAGER HERE. I feel bad for this company that they got stuck with her. I never write reviews, but I’ve also reported her as well and I will be going to the BBU. Hope they fire her ? and according to the insane amount of comments saying how terrible she is I’m surprised they haven’t booted her already… don’t give me my receipt, shorted me a soda, the other soda was a cherry coke not regular, something floating in my other drink (DISGUSTING), messed up my burger (got a number one only had a patty and cheese on it), called to try and get it fixed and SHE ASKED ME TO SEND HER A PICTURE AND ASKED ME TO COME DOWN THERE AND BRING HER A RECEIPT THAT SHE DIDN'T EVEN GET ME AND SAID “well your wrong they made a number one and it was correct”…

I usually don't trust these reviews on fast food places cause I assume it must've been one bad experience or they were over reacting but I truly have never had such a horrible drive thru experience like this these ppl took foreverrrrrrrr had nothing on the menu or more likely just weren't willing to make it and also messed up my order that I had to settle for bc they had nothing else on the menu... might as well save ur money and stay home because the jackasses running this location have their heads so far up their rears they can't perform basic human functions unbelievableeeee!!!!!

guy working there who never wears a name tag nor a work shirt ever, they said his name is paul. gave me attitude and then yelled at me as i pulled away, went inside and he went and hid. then as i was leaving he flipped me off. i told himthe time before my fries were not cooked and he said "not my fault i wasnt working. totally rude. i go there all the time and thats how i get treated..thats horrible
