I haven't been to the shop itself (Yet) but have purchased from Joie at the Farmers Market. I purchased a few different items and everything was absolutely delicious! Also very convenient for healthy snacking.
Located in a strip mall not far from the Rio in Vegas. Met the owner, she is amazing. The Kale chips and mushrooms are very good but my favorite is the freeze dried ice cream it is delicious and vegan! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for healthy snacks in town or to bring on the plane.

Just found her at the Henderson Farmer Market and I'm hooked!!!! The freeze dried corn and salted caramel were both amazing. Joie is also a very friendly and pleasant person and has a very positive vibe about her. Didn't even know she had a store so now I don't have to wait until Sunday to get more freeze dried corn :)
