I was looking forward to this meal given the chef’s reputation and was disappointed. I found the octopus and chorizo tasty but not original. Everything else was fairly bland. The service was weak for Vegas. I also felt they could have done more to separate the restaurant from the hotel. It was pricey and not very lively. Perhaps we should have gone to Catch next door.

Amazing service and food! It’s pricey but worth the money. We came here twice and would love to come again! The octopus dish is our favorite that we sometimes order it twice haha!

The tapas joint in Aria’s lobby has been serving amazing Spanish food ever since its opening. The place is open and inviting, you can see the entire lobby from here. The bar is huge and they serve good cocktails. But obviously the sangria is what you should try first.The food is delicious and they recommend 3-4 plates per person. We stay at the Aria often and this is our first time dining here. Food was so so good!! My husband and I are foodies and let me tell you this was top notch. Service was excellent. Will be back for sure!!

We are two Black ladies on vacation in Vegas and on Monday evening February 26, 2024, we were walking around the Arica casino around 7pm when we bumped into this tapas restaurant. We asked if we could sit at the bar for a quick bite, even if they had no tables available, and we coukd see several empty tables, but the Asian man working at the entrance said there was a long wait for the tables. So we asked if we could go to the bar and he said we couldn't go to the bar because all the seats were taken and we would block other people from passing by. I have never heard of such a thing because most people stand at the bar. We tried to suggest some compromise to allow us in but clearly this man was racist and did not want Black women in there. There was also a young Hispanic lady working the front with him so we asked her if we could speak to the manager and she said that he was the manager. We were composed and calm, but we were shocked by this blatant prejudice. The last thing we wanted to do was create a scene because we would have looked crazy. The people behind us were allowed in but they were White, of course. We have been coming to Vegas for years and never encountered this attitude. We don't know who Julian Serrano is but we will never, ever eat in his restaurants again. How can this happen in America in this day and age? There are other much better hotels at the Aria. Do not go to Julian Serrano.

Very awkward experience. Half our dishes were great, the other half cold or terribly seasoned, and the pacing of the dishes was odd. The service was awkward. I wouldn't return to this one.
Amazing as always. We always go to Julian Serrano Tapas when in Vegas. Everything is delicious. From the ceviches to the Patatas Bravas to everything . Yum yum ?
Grease grease and more grease. Even the calimari was terrible.

Great place for tapas. Had mushroom risotto and brava potatoes for dinner. The food was extremely flavorful, the service was great and the prices were just right. Highly recommended.NB: There churros with spicy hot chocolate was just perfect for ending the meal.
