I'm a delivery driver who spent an hour in the drive-thru line, unable to escape. I had to use the drive-thru because their lobby was closed. When I finally got to the window after an hour, they told me my order still wasn't ready and had me go park to wait for it. While I waited another ten minutes, two of the cars that were behind me pulled up to the window, got their food, and left. I gave up and left too. The fries and soda were great. Chicken breast- yuck.Asked for 2 honeys and 2 ketchup. Received 5 honeys and 6 ketchup packets. Your inventory is going out the window and in the trash. I know how many condiments I need, which is why I said at the window 2 honey packets and 2 ketchup. The biscuit was gummy. First time having the fries and they were surprisingly delicious. The wedges used to be a great treat.

I used to like KFC years ago but now they screwed up their original recipe the Colonel Sanders way. Their fried chicken is soggy, greasy, and salty as hell to eat. I say skip them and head over to a Popeyes for a chicken sandwich.
