Came here 3/31/2025 with another Bartender after work. Service was kinda stale. Bartender (Ashley) wouldn't empty ash trash, it was full & nasty. She did ask us if we wanted to order food as soon as we sat down. Attentive, Yes...to the people whom were already regulars. It's not a big place to have to flag someone down for service or a drink. I actually took my tip back waiting so long. She talked to the man next to me yet turned away fast . I guess I'm invisible on certain days.That type of customer service is bad for business. Since I live down the street, I will try again. I support locally.

Bartenders and cook were really nice, but the food was very underwhelming. Honestly the least tasty food I've had in a few yrs at a restaurant. They did take off my chicken tacos bc they were inedible. I also thought the cheese sauce for the pretzels looked inedible, but my bf isn't picky and he was really hungry so he ate them. Nothing here was made from scratch, literally nothing, which the bartender warned when I asked but we were already there and my bf was annoyed when I asked to leave and go somewhere else. I understand they're a cheaper sports bar and a while back standards weren't high for bar food, but times have changed and they're located in SW Vegas, so I expected more. It's the worse food I've had since living here in LV

Went to watch niners game at luckys had some dinner ordered a club sandwich it seemed to be doused with butter really greasy didn't taste good service was bad waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there never again I will find another niners bar HORRIBLE SERVICE BE AWARE
The service is awful it takes forever to get anything form the bar took me 45 min to get a players card by then iv waited so long to get my card that i did not want to gamble anymore this is just awful that you attend me to take my id to get my car then proceeded to push me to the side and forget about me because the 5 friends you have in the bar and the 1 guest is too much for her the staff is very undertrained

I started coming here once Ashley moved to this bar from another location I used to frequent. I have enjoyed countless nights full of laughs and good times here because of her. Any disgruntled reviews you see here are most likely from creepy men whose behavior she’s had to stand up to and say she will not tolerate in her bar. She is a bartender who makes every single guest feel at home whether you’re a regular or a first time visitor and I will continue to follow her from place to place.

absolutely love coming here! Beyond always winning here (they truly live up to the “luckys” name) Ashley is a gem who makes me feel extremely safe and appreciated as a guest. Out of all of the bars i’ve been to in this town, this is one of the few i feel safe coming to by myself as a young woman solely because of Ashley. She’s the type of bartender that is rare to find in this town. If you’re having a bad day she can sense it immediately and will cheer you up with her dad jokes and listen to all of your problems and give you some solid advice all while providing prompt and AMAZING service to those around her. It’s actually insane how well she multitasks while keeping conversation going. If she ever senses that you feel uncomfortable or notices someone speaking to you in an inappropriate way she is VERY quick to drop what she’s doing and shut it down immediately and check on you and that’s something i GREATLY appreciate. As long as she is in this industry i will follow her from bar to bar!
