I liked the food a lot! Really tasty and I like the Pacific island vibe the whole place and food gives. However the place and service isn't too above and beyond for other restaurants, but overall if you want some delicious Pacific island themed food bowls this is the place to go to.

Everything was good. Casual eating at a reasoble price. The service is limited at the counter where you order and pay. That's the reason I do not give it 5 star. A lot of pickup people park in th e handicap. Wish there was police there to ticket the jerks who park in the handicap.
I love my food hot and when I ordered the rice was cold, the chicken was cold and it wasn’t a very good experience. Probably will not come back.

This place used to be way better. The rice was so dry and undercooked. Nori was filled with sesame seeds. The spicy poke is made with a weird tasting Sriracha sauce.

Poke is spot on and spicy is my favorite. Kitchen slaw is nice and light. Macaroni salad is just perfect and the chicken and steak teriyaki is my favorite. Flavorful and fresh. You won't be disappointed.

We are in Vegas for a wedding and wanted to try some food off the strip! We stumbled across this place on accident but definitely worth it! Portions are decent, flavors are amazing and I love that it's customizable to each persons taste! I wish we had one of these in Southern California!

How?! How does this place have a high rating?! It's disgusting and a JOKE, and person in charge was absolutely cr*ppy! Young Polynesian kid with a terrible attitude! I saw him treating his employees like dirt and he threw temper tantrums throwing our food into our bowl, slamming things around like a toddler. Not "Hawaiian Style" for sure. The "poke" was the worst I've ever tasted. We spent $50 on a family of 3, and it was the most embarrassing "Hawaiian Poke" ever. I would not push out this name ANYWHERE! If you want REAL Hawaiian Poke with REAL service .. this is not it! I don't think I can mention other names, but if you go to a place right in KoreaTown which sells REEAAAAL Hawaiian Poke with REAL Hawaiian people .. that is where it is!!! Food is on point! Environment is so Hawaiian .. it's a thousand times better than Makai.Don't give this business your money, they don't want it or deserve it. It exist only because of the convenience of location. Give the businesses to those who DESERVE it and work HARD at what they do to make us happy and our bellies smiling! This is NOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was really good the first two times we ordered, but this time two of three of our medium meals had a thick white substance at the bottom of our tin. I don't know if it is a cooking agent like crisco but it was not pleasant.
