Terrible! I ordered online and went through the drive through to pick up a double cheeseburger, fries and medium coke. The employee at the window was rude and after giving me my food told me to park to wait for my drink. A medium coke. I waited over 5 minutes for my coke and only got it after I asked the employee that brought out orders for 2 cars that parked after me. He did not even know I was waiting on a coke. Horrible service.

It is one of the better McDonald's I've been to. They've made mistakes with my orders before but have generally worked to correct it. I did have one incident where a staff snapped back saying that they won't correct it until I showed them the manager's email. Orders generally are ready very quickly. When I do order pickup most of the staff I've interacted with are friendly.

first i was charged with an order that wasn’t mine and then the apple pies where COLD and the staff were very unorganized.

Placed my order on the app from the parking lot at 10:28am, it kept glitching & wouldn’t let me check in with my spot number. Then at 10:31am an email shows up at the top of my screen that my order was cancelled, I’m assuming due to the time. So I went in & calmly explained what happened, it’s still 10:31am & show the time stamp on my order on my phone & they said they can’t serve any more breakfast. If this is the case, they shouldn’t allow you to place an order for breakfast after 10:20am or 10:25am.

I love taking my kids here on the weekend, the food is always fresh and the staff is very friendly. My daughter loves the play place area, and I love that it’s always clean. The restaurant itself is very clean. Hands down my favorite location.

Always bothers me that McDonalds has these screens that say your order is ready so it makes you go look for it, but it’s actually 10 more minutes. Why not just get rid of the screen if you aren’t going to use it? This is the case not just at this McDonalds but others. Maybe corporate monitors the screens for the franchisee’s speed? That is my guess. Also there was no soap in the men’s room. Fortunately I didn’t order food.

A McDonald's Employee along with another young kid were hitting a vape in the play area while my kids were around Me and my wife both said something but got ignored.This was around 5:40Pm September 27th 2025. Called the store and spoke to a manager. Amazing how these younger kids are acting now.

September 27th around 5:40 p.m. My husband and I are in the play place area with our 2 little girls and my husband sees a kid and an EMPLOYEE hitting a vape pen at another table. We both spoke up and said something about it to both of them but neither of them acknowledged what we were saying. So then we call the store and ask to speak to the manager after we leave and he acts like he doesn't care either. I don't understand what would possess you to hit a vape around kids in a place where you're not supposed to be doing that in the first place. You guys need to let that employee go.

My experience at McDonald's located at 7150 W Craig Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89129 was negative due to rude staff and poor customer service. You can barely hear them when you order your food drive-thru speaker, can you pick up your food they have no sense of manners. .
