I was expecting a higher standard unfortunately it's not possible. Nanny does not have a full kitchen so menu consists of pre-made foods like at Subway, with soups and deli meat.

I’m mystified by the high reviews of this place. That’s why we selected it but what a disappointment. Nothing terribly wrong with the food except for tiny portions for just ok expensive food. I had a salad which was like a side oder and my two friends had panini which were so thin and insubstantial we all left hungry. This in a town known to go big. None of us overeats but we sll want to leave satiated.

The food is truly good. When my husband ordered the broccoli cheese soup I had silent reservations about standard commercial food products. But, no, it's homemade and really savory. No cheap shortcuts either. They make and serve fresh stuff. The bread is everything you would want for French bread, crisp on the outside soft in the middle. My husband liked the Italian sandwich and soup. I liked the hm and cheese croissant. They had fresh bakery croissants too. The service is excellent! Very nice lady. I will be back!!

On the plus side, the food was tasty, the menu was creative, the restaurant had a nice decor, and the service was nice. My husband and I ordered the Mediterranean sandwich and the Belgian pannini and mentioned we were going to share both sandwiches. Much to our delight, they split the orders in the kitchen! Why did I knock off a star? Two reasons. First, they never mentioned the salad -- which was a nice surprise for me but a disappointment for my husband who doesn't like buttermilk-based dressing. Had he known about the salad, he would have asked for it without dressing. Second, we weren't told about the 3% credit card fee. It wasn't in the menu, and it wasn't mentioned at the time of the transaction. After looking at the receipt during lunch, my husband noticed the charge and then specifically went searching for the notice. He eventually found it in small print near the credit card machine, but the lack of disclosure left a bad taste in our mouths. This is a cost of doing business and should be included in the prices. Put differently, the prices were really reasonable, and I would have preferred to pay more for the sandwiches and not be charged a credit card surcharge, which just made us feel ripped off and not want to return.

Quiet and quaint! This little sandwich shop was clean and friendly. The staff seemed like they could have been the owners. They were very friendly and welcoming. As we looked at the menu above the register and pastries, they offered to make any adjustments on the sandwiches that we desired. I got the Greek sandwich and it was delicious. All the flavors worked so well together. It was a very refreshing sandwich for a hot summer day. The baguette was the best. So fresh, crisp and crunchy on the outer parts, and doughy and soft on the inside. The small side salad that accompanied the sandwich was light and delicious as well. The staff, the food, and the setting were all comfortable and a great experience. Give them a try! So much better than a fast food lunch. Treat yourself to love and freshness!

This is my second time visiting this wonderful French restaurant. The menu offers an array of delicious sandwiches, salads charcuterie boards. I ordered the swiss salad with chicken. The cafe is clean and reminds me of the little places I visited years ago while visiting Europe. The salad had bite size pieces of walnuts and cucumbers. The place is most likely family owned and the service is quick and friendly. I must admit, this place is a treat from the boring old sandwich places. I will be back.

We love this place. The owner is so sweet and welcoming, she remembers us and our orders and makes the best panini's. Everything is made to order and very delicious. Definitely one of our most favorite places to grab a quick breakfast. My go-to's are the Swiss and Italian paninis! So good!

I have been coming to Nanny’s for 4 years and I’m always happy with the great service, great food. Everything is very fresh and the people are great. It is my to go place for lunch, but they also serve breakfast which I will need to try as well. Hope this place stays in business for a long time. I recommend it highly, you will not be disappointed.-Karen, resident of Sun City

This is a must-visit place if you are craving a delicious French breakfast/lunch. The place is very cute, super clean, and welcoming! The atmosphere was cozy with French music playing in the background. I love it!We ordered a couple of paninis, a sandwich and coffees. They were very yummy! I will definitely come back here next time I'm in Vegas to try different items in the menu. The service was excellent! The owner was super nice and very accommodating. She was also continuously smiling and chatted with us. Do not be shy to start a conversation with her. She was fun to talk to!Thanks for the great service and tasty food!
