I ordered a couple of days ago ordered a regular crust pepperoni pizza with light cheese I got all the way back to my place opened a cheese pizza had to go all the way back they gave me half my money back and made me a new one I would have been okay with this except my friend wanted normal cheese and I still needed light cheeseI got my new thin crust (gross and not what I like) not knowing what side was whichIdk why you didn't review the order and made sure it was right I got there right when the pizza was being cut someone should have looked at something and gone uh this is supposed to have pepperoni ....Also while I was ordering your app told me I needed 8 points to get a $10 coupon ... If it's one point for every dollar and I spent 9.46 on that pizza I'm pretty sure that's 8-9 points well the app says I need 4points for that 10 .... The math ain't mathing here

Had a pizza delivered after an hour wait after being told 25-30 minutes. Pizza was cold. Had to put it in the microwave to make it edible. Don't mind waiting but don't want a cold pizza. Haven't used PJ in along time. Don't know if I'll use them again

An awful location. Our pizza was cold and soggy when we picked it up even though we came a little earlier than they even said it'd be ready by. The "boneless wings" are clearly frozen chicken bites and they were not cooked right and they did a drizzle of sauce. Not coated and tossed in sauce like wings should be. Very odd. Even more strange was that both sauces we got (the garlic and a ranch) were opened and half full? I do not recommend this location and this is not on par with my typical papa John's orders!

This place is so dirty and trash. The pizza is disgusting. I have no idea what the fuck is this on my pizza!!!! I can't believe they charge me for a pizza that is missing half of the fucking toppings please whatever you do do not order from this place it is disgusting my pizza looks like somebody picked off half the toppings and handed it to me. Why is half of the toppings missing one about three slices of pizza and why is it super burnt on the top?

My app said my food was ready … I get here 15 mins later and my food is “still in the oven” when I said the app said it was ready he was very rude and dismissive so I sat and waited an extra 10 mins and my order was ready the whole time . This place has horrible customer service . And doesn’t even deserve one star . DO BETTER PAPA JOHNS !

Ordered the works pizza and it was undercooked and wasn’t cut properly so you couldn’t take a piece of pizza without it tearing in half, so I had to cut it myself.

Poor service. Ordered a free pizza because of a poor delivery of cold pizza last month. Called in the prefer at 5:30. An hour later the person who answered as the the manager told me he just handed the pizza to the driver. By 7:00pm I called and put on hold and after 15 minutes on hold, I hung up. Never going back to Papa Johns.
