I ordered a couple pizzas for my kids and our babysitter. We ended up waiting for like an hour and a half, for delivery. The door dash driver never even rang the doorbell, so the pizza sat outside for 20 more minutes before the babysitter found it. Then!!! Papa John’s sent me two coupon codes for free pizzas because they screwed up so bad. The coupon codes didn’t work on the website, so I called the store. The person couldn’t even read my address, and then got angry when I tried to use the coupon code because “it’s only good online”. Lady. That’s why I had to call. Completely ruined a once great Pizza chain. I’m not coming back. Ever.

Ordered 2 14" pizzas and received 2 12". Pizzas were not even cut, of course not, the crust is rock hard I had to put my weight into cutting a freaking pizza. First and last time ordering papa John's for real. Should've went with pizza hut. And yes I sure as hell busted out the tape measure when I saw those pitiful sad pizzas. $40 worth of pizza where? Cause it sure as hell didn't come to my house!

We ordered the works to be delivered on Halloween and 20 some minutes after it was supposed to have been delivered I called said delivery time before that time. Old guy shows up coming from opposite direction and we get a cold box a lousy looking ice cold pizza not cut apart couldn't chew not works lousy had to put in garbage $30 wasted. Didn't call as last time they sent a card for a free one topping pizza to replace a $40,pizza. We are done with Papa Johns and are passing the word. What a scam

DO NOT EAT HERE! It is so unsanitary here. As I was waiting to pick up my pizza, I watched all the employees put their hands in all of the toppings, pizza ect. They were wearing no gloves. Not one person in there had gloves on their hands when dealing with the food. One girl was touching all kinds of stuff in the store and then walked over put her hands in the toppings. One girl had Cardi B nails and was rolling pizza dough! I think we all know how much bacteria fake nails carry. No gloves worn here. You better believe I walked out. Disgusting!!

I've always loved papa John's pizza over any others. But lately, everytime I get it something is wrong . Ordered 2 pizzas last night. For months, Either it's overcooked, not enough toppings ( even if I ordered double ground beef) not enough cheese, or like last night. What is wrong with the cuts and crust? No appetising. I'm gonna give papa johns one more try, because like my daughter said" since October the pizza has not been right everytime we order". So she didn't want any. I will switch to Pizza Hut. We will see!

For that, I recommend this place. Yes, they could have checked it before, but I did not even have a chance to bring up the point the cashier said before he said make anouther. I love papa johns but This location is not the best. Great Customer service is almost non existent. I came in one night and an employee there was wearing a Popeyes shirt like seriously come on my guy. The employees just also seem to not want to be bothered. Atleast the food is always fresh and good I’ll give them that.

Ordered an “Original Crust” pizza, two medium sized pizzas. The crust was thin and cardboard like. What happened to the fluffy crust they used to give? So disappointing. Couldn’t turn around and take it back because had to be at an appointment. So disappointing

Wow, NOTHING like it used to be. The employees act like you killed their dog. They're so mean for no reason. The pizza crust is flat and it's like they purposely mess up your order, but they're so mean that you'll probably be too scared to ask them to fix it anyways. Idk if you can see my old review from 3 years ago, I was ranting and raving about how amazing this place was! I would drive across town just to go to this location. It was so delicious. Now it's the complete opposite. I always ask for light sauce because my stomach can't handle too much acidity. They put so much sauce that it was oozing through the extra cheese (so you KNOW it's a lot of sauce). There was so much sauce spewing through the cheese, that at first glance I thought it was the pepperoni. It wasn't. I had to throw it away. Unfortunately, this has happened several times with them now. I kept trying them HOPING it would be better, but it's been a disappointment every single time. I just saw some other recent reviews and it seems I'm not the only one who feels this way! They must have new management and new employees because it's crazy awful. Don't waste your time or money. You can get better pizza from chuckee cheeses and you'd get nicer customer service from an employee at Dick's Restaurant (where they're paid to be rude to you). Took a trip to California came back around noon and was hungry and decided to go for papa johns. Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, cheese bread, and Hot Lemon Pepper Chicken Poppers. The order took longer than usual to arrive but everything was correct. Only thing was the food looked old as if it had been sitting out for hours and wasn't even hot nor warm. The chicken poppers had little to no sauce. I was starving after a long drive i ate the food anyways and guess who got food poisoning and threw up the meal..... How professional is it to deliver an order that looks hours old and lacking sauce. If i knew my order would look disgusting I'd know it'll taste even worse and not order. Stay away from this place unless you want cold sauceless poppers with a side of food poisoning. Never coming back. Negative stars if i could
