Was looking for a late night dinner/food after going out on the strip - this pho absolutely hit the spot! Ordered the Rare Steak Pho and it did not disappoint- flavorful broth, tons of steak, large portion of noodles and lots of garnishes to make your pho the way you want it to be. My friend ordered the Shrimp Pho and it had loads of shrimp and a great broth as well. Loved that they were open late and definitely got my moneys worth.
I must day i had high expectations since Phõ is one of my favorite foods but in this case I must day 1st I understand that we're in Vegas at a hotel and prices reflect that but I ordered the #2 with a side of pork chop(s) the beef was fair but only 4 small pieces and the pork chop eqs nine existent (yep meaning the charged Menard left it out the order). Due to the long day I had I refused going down 21 stories and walking back half wat across the Rio. The brith was excellent...
They have a mixed menu of different Asian foods. This is in between fast food and restaurant style service. It's walk up ordering, there is no table service. The food was pretty good, hot and fresh but nothing was spectacular.
