What happened to Pizza Hut?!? I keep giving them a chance and they always fail me. I'm not sure if it's just this location but man they have seriously disappointed me time after time. I ordered a veggie pizza with pepperoni and it looks like they threw all their veggies on my pizza after it was done cooking. Is it that hard to make a decent pizza? I guess dominos it is.
I usually always drive all the way from my house at Ann & Rainbow passing up several Pizza Huts to get to this store. We ordered pizza on Thursday, August 1st. All day on Friday my stomach hurt. Then, I threw my guts out. Also, my husband and my grandson. It appears that there are NEW employees there that I have never seen before. There is a black girl whom took my money for the order and then went to get our pizzas out of the oven and cut them. But, I seen her wash her hands...read full review

How hard is it to follow instructions on an online order? I ordered a well done pizza only to pick up not well done. Email and in store screen said it would be ready by 5:25pm. I left at 5:45pm. This location is garbage. Don't order from here.
