Zero stars! I have filed a complaint with BBB as well. This location often has rude employees and is often closed during normal business hours. Drive thru and dine in. Inside has never opened in over a year now. Drive thru line is ridiculous. Management team needs to start managing and having this business and its doors open during posted business hours.

The honey bbq wings were spicy, under sauced, and cold. We ordered regular tenders and received spicy. We made our order online and it was not ready when we arrived. The app notified us that it was ready before we got there.

This is by far worst Popeyes in all Vegas. Ordered sone sides 2 large fries (half a box), red bean and rice(dry), large mashed potatoes and gravy (half empty no gravy). Popeyes needs to close this location evertime order wrong, stay in line min 45mins avoid avoid avoid.

Worst Popeyes in the whole of Las Vegas. We ordered online. We went to go pick it up the order. Very grumpy unhappy worker said our order wouldn't be ready for over 50 minutes. We didn't have the time to wait. Because we ordered ahead. We ordered online 1 hr prior to going there. We went online to cancel. The app wouldn't allow it. $103 order. Now we have to dispute the charges with our bank. We used to like Popeyes. KFC now I guess

This location has to be ran by a bunch of RETARDS... If i ordered 3 3 piece tender boxes, why would you only give me 1 box? WHERE IS THE OTHER 2 MEALS I ORDERED?? They're supposed to be classic, i got spicy tenders for the one meal you decided to give me. I ordered a 3 piece classic chicken dinner all thighs, i got NO THIGHS. Yalls manager, and the whole crew needs to be fired EXPEDITIOUSLY. Cant even pick up the phone after screwing up my order, nor will i get a refund cause the popeyes app is bogus too. I guess thats what you get from a bunch of people who went to schools that rank 50th in education. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Waited over 20 minutes for wings because they had none even though they told me only10 minutes and they didn’t have but a dab of sauce on wings and I had a expired ranch that bust over everything with no napkins had to ask for some and another ranch then they hand me the wings back when I asked for more sauce just in the corner of the box I had to shake up the wings to put them on the wings I said these wings are naked he said that’s how they come. So as I’m Shakin them up mad I ask for a manager and he said he is the manager. He said his name is Jeff. No wonder I had such a horrible experience. He didn’t apologize or offer anything for inconvenience
