This place improved highly. Also there is a nice sweet lady by the name of Jasmine/Jasmyn who is a nice and respectful employee who offers great customer service. She even ask customers like myself if I need anything to drink as I wait for my food when I get my food to go! Every-time I see her and she takes my order, she gives me the upmost respect! I know Red Lobster is beyond glad and proud to have an employee like her!

I love coming to this location .Alexis is a great host, from her service to personality.Just about every waiter/Waitress I have encountered here gets tipped well because their service is On Point. Management is always visible too instead of other restaurants where they just hide somewhere here they greet you with a smile,pass by tables to see how guests are doing making this specific Red Lobster one of the bests I've been in the nation. I prefer it over the ones back home in NYC.Owners please keep your staff happy because they alone can keep business retention for their amazing service and should be commended.

Whitney was a wonderful server, always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. She was so friendly and helped to make our dinner amazing with her great customer service. She made my visit so memorable. They are visiting from a small town in the upper Midwest and always appreciate a server who will take a few moments to have a little conversation. Food was amazing and we indulged in the lobster and shrimp, which was so delicious. Sides were great as were the appetizers of lobster dip and shrimp cocktail. Highly recommend this location and ask for Whitney. Tip her well as she is worth it! Thank you Red Lobster and thank you Whitney!

We totally enjoyed our experience here at Red lobster. The service was excellent. Especially our waitress, Whitney, she was awesome. She anticipated anything we needed so I never really had to ask for much, and your manager came and spoke with us which was a really nice touch. We will definitely come back many many more

I believe our waiter was new. I ordered endless salads and soup and the waiter didn't asked if any of my group wanted anything. Didn't get more soup and my friend didn't get their shrimp until after desserts was eaten and ready to leave. Not good But on the up side the waiter was very pleasant. A lot of this may fall on the kitchen too.
