I love this place so much! It has all of the things I love, like Sanrio, makeup, hair products, and anime. I could spend my whole day at Shibuyala! Customer service is very good and the workers are sweet. I recommend going to Shibuyala!

products are fine but I don’t really appreciate the racial profiling

Prices compare to Amazon, if not cheaper. Recommend the $5 Japanese-import Churus for a quick snack for your cats. Plenty of offerings not online as well, like the And Good Night pillow sachets. They use essential oils to help you fall asleep.

This place is filled with Japanese and Korean products. It ranges from makeup to hair and to even skin care. They have so many popular Japanese makeup brands and lots of different types of hair products. Although, most products are written in Japanese so you much have difficulty understanding, but every product has amazing results. Especially the hair products.

A variety selection of Japanese skin care, makeup products, accessories of beauty, popular lines of trendy beauty goods. The store is quite small and the space between aisles is a bit tight. The staff are quite helpful and friendly.

job application is super racist. i’ve applied about 5 times and have been rejected every time. their door literally says they’re hiring but the workers say that they aren’t, which is false advertising. it’s a requirement to speak chinese or japanese which i feel is unnecessary and even tho i’m half chinese i still don’t even get selected. i know a lot about japanese cosmetics but they keep ignoring my application because they are racist

I bought some hair dye from here that went for about $24 on YesStyle but i managed to get it here for $19! So there are definitely some deals here, just be aware of their no return/exchange policy. From my experience, most of the employees understand Japanese and I was able to ask for help translating a product they had which was nice.

Love this store’s atmosphere and overall design and makes me happy. What I sincerely don’t appreciate is the constant stare down you get from employees or how they will just point to the sign that says “Do not open” and walk away without any kind of explanation since it would be nice to know the scent of soap I would like to buy. Left empty handed and left being uncomfortable the entire experience.Do they know that they aren’t that slick and customers feel uncomfortable when they are CONSTANTLY watching them?

Cute store that is all imported Japanese beauty products along with some knick knacks.

My friends and I stumbled upon this shop while waiting for our order to be ready from a nearby restaurant. This cute Japanese beauty store is located in the Shanghai plaza of Chinatown. The parking lot was packed as usual, and it was difficult to find parking. [Service] Upon entering, we were greeted by a warm welcome from the staff. They asked if we needed help or baskets to just let them know. They were all extremely friendly. Good service! [Supplies] This shop had tons of goodies such as face masks, creams, make up, and candy. My buddy had heard that Japanese condoms were ultra thin compared to the American brands and to our surprise they had them here. So, we bought the condoms to try (not on each other). He also got some yogurt gummy candy which was really good! Overall, my friends and I had a great visit at this store.

Great products but every time I picked something up to look at a worker would try and tell me about it. I had already said multiple times I didn’t need help. They are very aggressive with trying to sell things. Made me not want to buy.

The shop was so pretty. I visited yesterday after having brunch in Chinatown. It reminded me a lot of those pink anime rooms. They were also playing sword art online theme in the shop. Tge products were also really cute. However, they were so expensive:(

Shopping in Chinatown, Las Vegas, Nevada... I had bookmarked Shibuyala when I had read the review by Joyce W. of Yelp Arizona. She mentioned "kawaii" (which is "cute") in Japanese and I made it a point to visit this shop! Located at the Shanghai Plaza on the ground level, I drove into the shared parking lot which was really busy. It was evening time when many customers were having dinner at the neighboring businesses... And there are MANY businesses! The storefront is colorful! As soon as I entered, I saw all kinds of plushies, cosmetics, skin care items, snacks, accessories, and more! I think there were ointments, but I couldn't read the Japanese labels. I saw a Hello Kitty wristband item and I figured that it was some kind of insect repellent! I saw some BT21 face masks and lip balm and a Pochacco hair brush! When I found a Cony hair band, I had to get it! Haha! Service was efficient and polite. I entered my phone number into the FIVESTARS Rewards Program so that my points will add up and I can get a perk later. Hee hee! Happy shopping!

Really nice, friendly, a little expensive on some stuff, but overall I would argue worth the price and staff was friendly and made sure you knew what you were buying if you could seem confused about the item or are

I'm from Japan, so it was nice to buy products such as cosmetics from there! They had many cute cosmetics, and I bought a few! The price wasn't too bad either!
