Slowest service I've ever seen. 15 minutes stood in a queue and we must have moved all of a foot. In the end we gave up. If the servers were that slow were I come from they would have been fired.

The woman who “works” the front register DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT be working there. She should not have any sort of job in hospitality or anything customer service related. I was prepared to pay double the normal price for the strip Starbucks but her nasty attitude was just so cringe I didn’t even want to buy anything here. She was just standing there chatting with her co worker, STARING DOWN anyone and everyone making sure that NO ONE including myself, was interested in ordering anything here she is so mean and awful and I’ve had a bad experience with her twice before I am never coming to this location until she either does not work here or learn how to smile she never greets anyone or says hello or anything she’s always just upset talking negatively and it’s written all over her face that she hates her life and her job and it’s sad because this beautiful hotel of planet Hollywood is one of my favorite places to come gamble and do activities but I’m definitely not coming to THIS Starbucks which is sad because it’s in such a nice location.

The prices at this one location are more than twice what you’d pay at another location which is likely why they don’t do online orders. There are other, normally priced, locations and options nearby. Cafe Hollywood, a sit down restaurant just steps away, has a decent latte and good breakfasts for just a few dollars more.

????Service is really bad. Charging twice the price should get you what you pay for. Coffee with no lid, no sleeves or don't know how to double cup to avoid burns. Other customer's in front of us complained on their order too. Would not recommend this location. The employees definitely didn't want to be there doing the job. Bad experience.????

Mobile orders take 20 to 30 min. Queues for walk up orders in excessive of 45 minutes. This Starbucks is very poorly run. Staff are also rude.
