World-class customer service and great tasting coffee. The mobile order pickup was down while we were there ,but it wasn’t a big deal. It does get busy so mentally prepare yourself to wait in line for your tasty coffee.

I took one star off because in the week we were there, staff claimed the system was down so they couldn’t scan my starbucks membership to collect rewards. That was a very bad excuse specially in the 2020’s when digital is the
Isabella was so sweet and helpful. I ordered a drink at another location and they messed up my order and when I got to work I went to two of the other Starbucks in Mandalay Bay and they were really rude and refused to help and even ignored me but she was very kind and helpful, thank you so much.

They said they can't take Starbucks gift cards but they could take credit cards. Also they could do mobile orders. This is a scam to get higher tips. Shame on management to allow this.

Have you ever received a Starbucks gift card from some well intentioned person? I tried to use one here and they said “we are not accepting gift cards right now ‘the system is down’ .”Every other system was working just fine.
