I wanted to say that Brian was so sweet he always is whenever I come to this location but I really appreciated him a little more today. I was rushing to grab some coffee so I messed up on how I said my order. His response was so kind and said not a problem at all I'll get that out to you "easy as pie" I just loved it. Then as I was leaving said "happy Valentine's Day" he just really made my day. So thank you Brian for always being amazing no matter what day it is!

My fiancé went here and she Paid for a VENTI. They ended up giving her a grande.... After my fiancé told the worker it was a Venti, she ended up pouring it all into the venti cup with big scoops of ice instead of adding some more milk or another shot. I get that they close in an hour but dont half ass a drink. its ridiculous that it was all ice filled to the top. Very disappointing....

Step aside, Cheers, because this Starbucks is where everybody knows my name! Seriously, the manager here deserves an award for remembering my order even when someone else tries to 'correct' it. It's like they have a sixth sense for my caffeine needs. This place feels like a second home, nestled between my actual home and office. The cozy vibes, the friendly staff, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee make it impossible to resist. I'm convinced they sprinkle a little extra magic in their drinks. So, if you're in need of a daily dose of caffeine and a place to feel like a regular, this Starbucks is your go-to spot. Cheers to great coffee and even greater vibes!
Decided it was cold enough to get a hot mocha. Enjoyed it. Limited parking. Use the drive through if necessary. Delicious and fresh brewed.

This is always a pretty busy location so the drive thru line can often exceed 15 mins. They need to have a system when they're out of items, especially seasonal flavors so people can avoid disappointment after waiting so long.

I have been in the drive through line for 30 minutes and then they have the audacity to ask for a tip! Maybe Starbucks should adapt the line busting process that Dutch Brothers does before they adapt the tipping process!!! Starbucks never asked you for a tip until Dutch brothers came to town. Now it feels fake so I just don't tip them anymore! Starbucks you should take some of those multi millions of dollars that you already make and pay your employees a bit more so they don't have to feel uncomfortable about asking each customer for a tip! Especially since we all know you never did until Dutch Brothers started giving you a run for your money. It's uncomfortable for your employees and for your customers just STOP!!
