So as a Caesar Seven Star ... ElDorado has closed the Diamond Lounges. We now get cheap drink and food tickets. This Starbucks is probably the last holdout of the original Caesars treated its most loyal customers. Ive been coming here as regular as I can due to dietary restrictions. We were texting with Ivy (Housekeeping) and on Sunday we never got our room cleaned or no fresh towels! We texted twice and nothing and then called Monday morning the day we were checking out for towels and nothing! This was the only disappointing issue we experienced
Great stay! We read all the negative reviews after we booked and were a bit concerned however, we were immediately surprised upon check in. It was a breeze to check in and the Front desk staff that was near by was super friendly and accommodating! The room was clean and large and was fairly easy to reach hotel staff for anything we needed.
