i never posted a review about my starbucks go to drink and this is a first. i ordered a To Go Venti sized Iced Matcha Latte and I describe it as literally “A FULL CUP OF ICE with matcha latte”. i’m posting this review minutes after i got home as i just live close to this SB branch and i decided to remove a lot of the ice in the drink because it’s too much. it only left me a drink not even halfway of the Venti size cup!! like i’m only drinking a size of a small cup of coffee!and yes, i could have informed to be easy on the ice BUT i never thought he/she/they’ll make my drink with a LOT AND FULL CUP of ice abnormally with barely even the actual drink. ??♀️
This is by far my favorite Starbucks store. I currently have two in my neighborhood with another one on the way. I like this one because of the service and my drink is always made with love. They are consistent and that’s important to me. The staff are always smiling and welcoming. I’d like to give a shout out to Janna, Noelle and Marty. If I knew everyone’s name I’d list them.
