The African American woman who helped me today, Friday 9/16, was very rude, she made fun of my accent repeatedly, I can't believe they have people like that for customer service. I would like to know how many languages this woman speaks to make fun of a person who speaks two.

The Chai latte is absolutely delicious loved it. Very good service Majority of the employees were friendly.
How is it possible to employ so many people (I've counted 6 so far) and be this slow? Can someone explain? going on 15 min.

I love Starbucks, however this particular location is the worst... asked for dark coffee and they gave me already poured coffee from another glass, no dark, not hot... just a horrible experience on this location... what a shame !!!

The night time crew here are the best. They are fast fun and friendly. I keep going back to this one because of that reason .

Asked questions about if she knew if they had any vegetarian wraps or sandwiches and was rude in the way she responded back. Not my fault she doesn’t like her job.
