Supposed to be 24 hours? Yet the young boys at night working this entire week. Don't take your order cause they say the systems are down. Yet the open signs are on... And I've come through at different times and they say the same thing. Major loss in sales what a shame.

I made my purchase last night and the food was cold…my chalupa order was cold, soft tacos the tortillas were also cold and the amount of meat they put in all my items was ridiculous, I basically ended up paying for cheese and lettuce. I regret not taking a picture. So annoyed that these places rob and take advantage of people. For the amount of time I had to wait in the drive through I was expecting better quality food.
The lady that runs the drive through at night is really nice and the crew has never messed up our order.

Great food. I'm really delighted with how good the food is. I ordered 10 of those dorito gorditas and ate every single one of them because i was hungrier than a hippopotamus. I almost never go to Taco Bell, because I usually go to jack in the box, which is usually open 24/7, but today I went to about 10 hundred million different jack in the box locations that weren't open at 4:15 AM before realizing that taco bell. is open.

I have had to ask them to turn on the soda fountain the last 3 times I've been here, and to whichever manager is hassling their employees about manually switching it: Leave it on. Please. Stop being a weird dad about saving 2 cents of electricity or I will just go somewhere else.

The flavor used to be so much better!!!! They have gotten so Pricey and taste is so disgusting!! I've eaten Taco Bell for over 45 + years used to be my favorite!! There are never enough workers and the Women 's bathroom was a disgusting mess!!!!

Wouldn't know about the food. Came through the drive thru and sat for half an hour stuck with car in front and back of me just to pickup and order. Finally car behind me moves and when I get back to the call box to ask what is going on, they said that they were waiting on fries to finish cooking. I asked why they wouldn't have the customer in front just move up and out the way to wait for the fries since my order didn't have any fries and they said they couldn't do that. What a joke!!!!
