Food does not look like how it does on the menu or in other reviews. Took almost an hour to just get our food. Paid $10 for 2 and a half onion rings. Ordered a custom burger and the server acknowledge the order, but somehow still got the order messed up.

Only had one employee and waited in line for 30 minutes while the one employee argued with a customer.
Took 45 minutes to cook the burgers after we ordered.
The food did not look like the photos from other reviews and the burger was served with bread not buns (not like any other review)

We've been to Frat Haus twice and we love it. The food is really good, the location in container park is quaint and the staff if just awesome. Next time we're in Vegas we'll definitely be back.
Parking: Paid self parking lot at corner across from The El Cortez. Pay on the Flowbird app as the pay stations are terrible.

This BURGER WAS SO GOOD!! Customer service was fantastic! You have to order the bacon burger and get the fries with cheese and bacon! Everything was so crispy and hot! Give this place a try. You will not regret it!!

I chose to go here because the reviews were great and their Instagram made their food really good. I was pretty disappointed. The food is pretty bland not much seasoning I would compare it to potluck style food flavor wise. It tasted like frozen burgers that lacked seasoning and sauce.

This place is so great wish I could give it more stars! My favorite part is that the kids meals are very affordable given the location. You get a combo with a juice for $7. And the food itself was great. The employees are also very nice. Def recommend!

My son, who has fifteen years experience as a burger expert, said that the burger was excellent. The fish and chips were delicious. ... And the star of the show was the pulled pork sandwich. You even get an umbrella with your sandwich, shut the front door! Thanks again Court, great suggestion!
