Love coming here for their charburgers! Not just the burger, the combo. I got French fries for my side and I got a strawberry shake for my drink. I like how the restaurant looks and those flowers that were in the restaurant, it makes the restaurant look better!

Omg this place has one of the best impossible burgers hands down. I ordered the number 7 with grilled onions and lettuce substitute for bun.. literally did not disappoint. Drive through was extremely slow..luckily the burger was amazing.

I like The Habit. The sourdough bread is a nice change. The Santa Barbara burger is delicious (which is the first place I had The Habit burger) and they offer tomato, onions, lettuce and pickle with cheese and avocado. Our service was excellent. The server actually came to our table midway through our meal and asked if everything is okay. Who does that in a fast food restaurant? It was clean and comfortable. I somewhat agree with the other reviewer about cutting the burger in half if you choose the sourdough bread. So just ask them not to cut it! Simple fix. Fries are good too. It is a bit expensive. Two SB burgers, medium fries and drink came to $30. I still wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Got the veggie burger and it was gross. The cucumbers were slimy and the lettuce was dripping wet. The ranch was good so I ate the fries. Won’t be back.

The Habit is one of my favorite chains for a California-style backyard burger. This location is the one I frequent the most, either drive-thru or curbside pickup. My favorite menu items that I recommend would be the Char-Cheeseburger, Tempura Green Beans, or the Santa Barbara (no mayo). I would say that the Santa Barbara has been my most ordered burger from the Habit over the years. The burgers here are chargrilled which I like, especially when eating from a chain burger restaurant. The service has always been friendly here, and no mistakes on my orders so far.

I placed an order via their app on 1/3/24. Order was for 14 burgers/sandwiches. Order was $122. I am in sales and this order was for one of my doctor offices. My first issue is that none of the items were labeled; some items were with onions, mayo and some without. It was hard to determine what each item was, and not sanitary to open each one to pick apart to see what's inside. My second issue was that I was shorted for some additional add ons I ordered and was charged for. I do not live near this location and was unable to go back into the restaurant to address my missing items after my luncheon, so I called their customer service for assistance several times and left messages, but never heard back. They do not answer their phone and do not return customer calls, so good luck if you have an issue. You also cannot reach anybody at the actual restaurant either. I also sent three messages via their app requesting assistance and a call back. SILENCE. My order previously before this one was for $75. Apparently The Habit is not interested in customers who place larger orders and need assistance when an order is wrong, so I will be deleting their app and will never go to The Habit again. I do lunches for my customers 4-5 days per week. I do not expect orders to be perfect, but I do expect the company to make it right when there is a problem. Panera, Chik-fil-A, Wahoos are always great and address any order issues quickly and easily, but not The Habit.
