WOW what a great find. Thank you Yelp! It's one of those ' hole in the wall ' place that I like to find. Located inside a food court type building on Torrey Pines and West Charleston. I wanted fish initially and I saw they had fried fish and fish taco but thanks to the nice gentleman's recommendation I ended up with fish tacos and other goodies.
