2/27/2024 734pm. Long story short, old insurance wants me to pay for stuff they approved starting the new year. 1/2/2024. I had new insurance starting 1/1/2024. But old insurance approved it anyways. Old insurance wants me to pay 131 dollars. I shouldn't have to pay anything this is clearly the insurance doing. So now my new insurance has no problem paying it but I have to go through this long process. I have to get all this documentation. So after calling talk to Maria who works in the pharmacy. She was very kind and helpful on the phone when I called. Then I came in and got me everything I needed. I also had to wait like 30 mins and Maria kept on informing me and checking up on me. Thank you to the manager on duty as well.

The young girls here are absolutely unprofessional they violate the hippa code. Mommas get your kid in order and teach them respect not with a ghetto attitude.

Had to call twice for them to start filling the prescription that went to another pharmacy. Each time was "Oh yeah we'll get that taken care of give it 90 minutes". After finally getting it filled I waited in line for 10 minutes, got skipped by someone who already had it at the desk I guess? That tech disappeared never to be seen again, the other was having a conversation with people about their copays for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile there are 3 people in the back, Including the drive thru clerk who hadn't had a person through the entire time I was waiting just standing there daring me to ask if they can help so they have the pleasure of telling me no.By this point there are 5 people behind me but finally my turn and they can't find it. In the process of looking for it their overfilled bins other prescriptions spilled onto the floor, so hope no one is looking for a missing prescription later, if you are it's in another bin at this point and good luck. Mind you this is all at 1pm. Terribly managed location and zero critial thinking going on.

My family has been using the same Walgreens for about 15 years. Everybody's extremely friendly they know you by name. They do not go through employees. People that work there seem to be happy. I actually left an item there and they went and took the time to look through the camera to find where it was and I was able to have it returned.

Horrific place to get vaccines. Why even get an appointment??! We still waited 90 minutes!! Do NOT use the pharmacy for vaccines. We should have read the reviews. We were the only people getting vaccines and it still took this long. Employees have no explanation and don’t communicate how long it will take.

Made an appointment to get a flu shot and got there on time but waited an hour to get it. Walk ins were called before I did when they checked in after me. It wasn't terribly busy, only about 6 people waiting including me. No point in making appointments if they're not sticking to it.

Extremely long wait. Came here for a vaccine with an appointment been waiting 45 minutes and it was just me and one other person here when I got here. No sense of urgency to help people get in and out.

Made back to back appointments at a lunch break to get updated COVID vaccines. When to the consultation window 10 minutes before the set time with all the needed paperwork in hand, waiting, then was told to get in the long pharmacy line to wait our turn. One person working the line that’s backed up with 8 people waiting & it’s crawling slow. Employees are completely non-emphatic to everyone they’re supposed to be assisting. Going to have to l ave to get back to work after waiting 45 minutes past our appointment time, but guess what, they could care less about their customers. Will never come back to Walgreens after this disaster of a team.
Had to take my husband to the ER last night. Made the mistake of having them send the prescriptions he needed to start taking today to this Pharmacy. He is in agonizing pain. I am sorry, Labor Day is not a day off for essential workers. Even my garbage is picked up. Hospitality workers are on the job. This is unacceptable and I will be shopping for a Pharmacy that puts the patients first.

If I could give less than one star I would.As someone who is sick and just seeking relief, I do not appreciate the lack of quality and respect given to me as a customer by the pharmacists answering the phone.Rushed me off the phone. Rude. Barely let me speak. I’m in pain and paying you all, yet you want to be disrespectful.Last time I will come here.

Have an appointment for 3 pm shot now 45 mins later still waiting. Don't know why they give you appointment slots if they don't honor the time.

My husband needed 10mg for his medication, they gave him 40mg and told us to cut them. Wow!! How the heck do we know when we cut them if they're 10mg???? Great pharmacy. That's all I have to say.
