Their lunch servicing is mediocre.You can order your food through the app but then have to wait 20-30 minutes longer because they tell you that you have to pick it up at one of their stalls but I used to be able to pick up at their drive thru. Even when it isn't busy they are either slow or just lazy. I had to wait longer anyways while the people ordering from the drive thru were already getting their food after they arrived. This has happened a lot more frequently in recent months and I would not recommend eating here until they fix themselves.

I’d like to make a note that the employee Chris handled the situation I’m about to go in depth on AMAZING. He went above and beyond for the door dasher and for my messed up order as well. When getting online orders through the sonic app, DoorDash, Uber eats ALWAYS supply a receipt as Drivers cannot move forward with the delivery without it. I watched Leon snapped at this DoorDash driver for them throwing the receipt she needed away and was “unable” to reprint it. But Chris went out of his way and found it for the dasher. I watched Leon snap at the driver regarding the receipt and saying “it’s out of my hands now” in a shout. Now to my order, my hotdog was rubber and the bun was stale. Chris came to check on us while eating in the car and I let him know I was disappointed in my food and the behavior of his coworkers and when I asked who the lead was who at no point assisted Leon or Chris with myself or the dasher was told her name was Gia but again she was no where to be found. Chris corrected my hotdog and I applauded him in his professional behavior in the situation he was placed in.

I am currently sitting in one of the stalls. The gal taking the orders is extremely rude. I asked her the same question a couple of times and got ignored first. Then my question was acknowledged and ignored, yet again. It was a female, younger from the sounds of it. Piss poor attitude. Horrible service. And extremely unfriendly demeanor as well as greeting. It's called customer service for a reason. I was not rude, nor did I have a tone. I realize that happens sometimes but that was not the case. She obviously didn't know the answer and instead of doing her job, she ignored me instead. I am leaving and will not be back. The gentleman that brought my food was 10 star.

We ordered 4 burgers 2 French fries and 1 tator tot with cheese. We did not get our French fries instead they sent us more tator tots. We were disappointed. The order was not cheap. This was a special request for the boys and unacceptable in my opinion. This was delivered thru Uber Eats which Uber Eats made up for it by refunding the fees for the French fried. But one should never let an order leave the restaraunt which out verifying its made correctly. I hope if we try it again. Our order will be correct.

Sonic...best drink selection out there. Bar none.Sonic...WORST CUPS out there. Bar NONE. Top heavy cups = spills galore. The Rt. 44 cup is a complete nightmare. Plus, one wrong move with the straw and the styrofoam punctures, regardless of the size.
