This is an amazing bar! If you are looking for great service from friendly bartenders this is the place to go. I was in early morning killing time and got to meet Ross who was going off shift, then Pete took over and they were both great. The owner Julie came in to start her day and we visited for a while. Their whiskey/bourbon selection is top notch at great prices. Will definitely be back with friends!

As the 24 dive bars are now few and far between due to the city's goal to destroy any resemblance of the original Reno I was pleased to come across the Alibi.. it fits the bill exceptionally during the wee morning hours during the week when you just want dark and quiet. The weekend mornings can be a bit more of a challenge, but overall it's a go to. Decent pours, good selection, and reasonably priced.

came in at 10:30 pm to a drunk bartender who treated us poorly. We tried to be understanding, she made snarky comments the whole time and talk about behind our backs the whole time. not a good experience, had 1 drink and left quickly

Great "dive bar"! If you want an out of the way, totally local, friendly bar. I love this place. I agree with other people who have posted here that it is dark, Smokey, no windows... it feels like what back alley bars once were. Others hate it, I found home. Great selection of tequila and whiskey at very affordable prices Hope to meet you there

Cool little hang out. Locals bar with video poker. Laid back bartenders with a fun atmosphere. They comp your drinks if you're playing the bar games too. Only drawback for some would be the smoky environment.
