Little overpriced for the burgers, but they're filling and delicious! Love the variety they had to offer, and the food tasted great! Did take quite some time to get them (over 20 minutes), but honestly, I like quality food so I can't honestly complain about it! Loved it!

Woah, I just got the worst burger ever. They like hatefully put so much mustard it's unbearable. Staff was nice though!

Love driving 20 minutes craving a burger only to be met with rude staff who can't give my an answer as to why all associated pages and websites say open, but they aren't open to the "public". Won't be coming back when I'm deemed lucky enough to order food.

The burger was delicious. The fries are definitely of potato origin. Also tried the sweet potato fries with garlic aioli. Overall, it was a nice burger place for a quick & delicious meal.

Been passing by the (relatively new) BurgerIM in downtown Reno for a bit now and decided to give it a try.I ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a gluten fee bun a slab of cheese and the sweet potato fries and Ron ordered the Big BurgerIM combo with regular fries. Ron took the liberty to pay and as we were waiting for our order to be cooked, I was looking over the check he received and thought - Wow $24 bucks for a burger and chicken sandwich I sure hope that they live up to the price paid! After what seemed to be a rather long wait time, the buzzer rang and I picked up the order from the front counter. The good thing I will say is that orders appear to be made fresh to order. I immediately noticed how both the regular and sweet potato fries were stacked to the left side of the tray, more so for presentation I guess but while carrying two trays (especially up stairs), I found it it to become more of a balancing act and hoping not to drop any on my way back to the table :-)The chicken sandwich was a bit pale in taste and I could barely notice the cheese in it that was $0.79 for extra... The gluten free bun was an additional $0.99 and the sweet potato fries another $0.79. so customizing the sandwich to my diet and taste really added up! The sweet potato fries were loaded with salt and while you'd expect salty fries, this amount was beyond what I'd typically expect and unfortunately I tasted more salt than potato. Ron told me that his burger was eh' ok but said he was not a fan.We also noticed that there were a lot of the beverage selections in the self-serve vending machine were not available nor did they offer iced-tea which I found odd since most all other places do.I will say that the young lady who took our order, Roxy G, was pleasant and courteous - especially when you are unfamiliar with a menu, someone like her to coach you thru it was really a pleasent experience. In addition to that, the restaurant was very orderly and clean and with everything going on with COVID-19 that was a real plus.I don't mean to sound overly critical but rather suggest that anyone else reading this review gives BurgerIM a try - then you can be your own judge.

I ordered 2 Spanish Beef burgers and a 12 piece order of the chili garlic chicken wings to go.I should've checked my order before leaving but when I got home, only 1 burger included. My husband loved the Spanish beef burger and the chicken wings were fabulous. Sorry to be disappointed again when I went back to pick up the 2nd missed Spanish beef......the pattie was obviously "lamb".

My boyfriend and I have been here probably three times in a little over a month before COVID-19 hit and absolutely love it! My boyfriend enjoys that he can create his own burger completely customized to his gluten/dairy free lifestyle while I can order a menu burger or make my own to how I eat. The fries come out stacked along the corner of the tray and we like knocking them down. It's the little things! They're chip style and crispy, absolutely love it. Food comes out pretty quick and have never had a problem. Definitely try it!

Finally open!! Gonna have to try more burgers here, but the Greek one I had was super tasty (note: get the sweet potatoes fries - you're welcome).Only catch is the upstairs sitting area is kinda cramped and not really that comfortable.
