I left a brand new “Cantigo” coffee canteen on the desk in the room and called immediately upon arriving home, filled out the report and also talked with security directly. It’s hard to believe that they didn’t find the item. I’m sorry to say there must be some sticky fingers working there. Unfortunate because other than that it was a pretty good place for the money although I did wake up with my legs itching a couple of times but no bites!!!

Stayed here with my service dog. Absolutely nowhere for him to go to the bathroom around here poor thing so we did have to walk very far? the hotel stay was below average. The cleanliness wasn't great and there was barely any hot water. SKIP THIS ONE. We didn't

The only issue we had staying here was some of the elevators and escalators weren’t working so there was lines trying to get to room.

This hotel is in a serious identity crisis. Brocade wallpaper with bright obnoxious carpet…zero consistency throughout any two locations…looks like a circus tent ? outside but inside reminds me of a Bally’s…then back to a circus…it falls in line with this odd little mishmash of a city. The Bellhops referred to it as the “kid-friendly” casino so I guess they are trying to lure mom and dad with the classier appearance buuuut keep some areas looking cheesy for the kids? I’m not really sure but it’s a massive fail for me. I can’t quite wrap my head around any of it….nice view from the hotel window though We were exceedingly unhappy about the “Resort Fee” we were charged upon checking in because we booked through a third party. Beware should you go through the same route we did (book directly).
beds old, looooong lines (with reservation pre-paid) still like the place but prices for food too

So to start it off east parking garage doors not open auto for wheel chairperson. Then you had to traverse with scrappy info to find your way to lobby. Suggest valet parking. Secondly most wait staff are rude especially at the 24 hr Cafe ? listen I'm here on vacation from Idaho I don't need attitude and short Ness from people.however food at 24hr Cafe was best generals chicken everMy advice to who owns this make more signs to show how to get to lobby. Get rid of front desk p.ople cause they all rude except Indian manager that grew up in a cultural family that values respect ? I loved that guy. Hotel amazing security amazing food amazing ? ? but please show me someone happy at their job and trying best to make enjoyable experience. ?Rooms: Rooms are like any other good hotelSafety: Lots of not working Escalators, and also really difficult if you want to traverse with a stroller. All the handicapped elevators are locked but it's kind of garbageFood & drinks: Amazing food shitty people giving it to you is so far what I gathered maybe they will change my mind before trip is over about reno people

This place is gone downhill over the years. They should tear it down and rebuild something else. The Midway sucks. There is only a handful Employees operating the booths and it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon. The place is extremely overpriced and very little fun for kids over 8. So disappointing I’ll never bring my family back to that place. ?
