Had a problem with my last order from this location. So far have communicated with the Domino's Reno area manager and someone from the location itself. Neither person seems able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. If this place screws up your order, you won't get it taken care of. Never going to spend another dollar with Domino's, they simply don't appreciate their customers.

Consistent & solid good chain location, never had an employee be mean, the opposite they are so sweet and make the pizzas so fast. Definitely double check if you ordered any sauce cups to make sure it wasn’t forgotten, but that’s how most places go.

After an unusually long & exceptionally exhausting day at work yesterday, I was not in any mood for cooking, and was lucky if I could be allowed two hours of leisure time before heading to bed for my next shift (I'm so freakin' glad I live a solitary life); as I left my workplace, I remembered that I still had a gift card for Domino's from a drawing I won at same job. I don't order from Domino's often, but when I do, and I go to this location closest to my home, I've had zero issues. And so, even though it wasn't the weekend yet, I decided, "Screw it," went online, and placed an order for carryout. Easy-peasy, greasy-cheesy. ??What a bargain: Last night, I discovered a limited-time offer of any 1-topping pizza (excluding XL) for $7.99; how could I say no to that? So I got myself a large Brooklyn-Style thin-crust pepperoni with extra everything; although it didn't quite look like I got extra pepperoni, I didn't care: My pizza turned out freakin' hot, fresh, and delicious. Might place another order this weekend, after the holiday; if not, then yeah, I will return to this joint at some point in the near future. ??

We dropped by Domino's, (the Plumb & Lakesides location), and there wasn't anyone else in queue; so we got to place our order right away and the young man manning the register was so nice, he patiently rang our order up as we fumbled through the menu. We came back after 15 and our order was ready. The two people we interacted with were very pleasant and professional, the pizzas we good, I especially liked the stuffed cheesy bread, and the whole meal wasn't too pricy plus we had a decent amount of food, so everyone in the family ate their fill. Overall, we had a positive experience at this location.

I got the Alfredo chicken and mushrooms. Taste very good. Employee’s we’re very busy with online orders but a younger gentleman very kind and greeted me kindly to wait. Definitely will come back.
I called to order pizza last minute for my kiddo, they were so friendly on the phone as my app was not working. Our food arrived in 20 minutes nice and hot and delicious! Our delivery driver was very nice and even brought us paper plates. We will definitely order again if we are in the area.

The first dude that I dealt with there was pretty cool when I came back to get my pizza after I had ordered it there was somebody else there and I noticed that there were six pieces of mushroom on a deep dish pizza six mushrooms I counted them
