This place is delightful. Great coffee and pastries. Very polite staff ? ?

10am on a Wednesday: no creamer. How can a coffee shop not have any cream? Told they are short staffed so serving everything on paper plates and cups. Saving grace food was good but man the vibe in there has gone down hill

I am from out of town, and I always try to visit this cafe when I’m in Reno. Nestled on a quiet street within walking distance of the downtown casinos, it has plenty of seating both inside and outside.A bit pricey (what isn’t these days?) but justified for the ambience, food, and service.I already mentioned the atmosphere; the food is fresh, and the portions generous (picture included of the Napa Chicken Salad I had on my most recent visit). As for the service - I was sitting outside to enjoy the nice weather, but an overly friendly bee was taking a liking to my salad. In my rush to get inside, I spilled my salad dressing all over the table and the floor. One of the staff members immediately told me not to worry, cleaned it up with a smile, and brought me some extra dressing. I dropped a tip into the tip jar for that. They also have coffee and pastries. Coffee is good (I had an iced latte; again, generous size for the price); didn’t order a pastry so can’t speak to that.Overall, just a nice place to grab a bite and rest, read, work remotely, or chat. Oh yeah, free wi-fi too. Thumbs up.

Lovely coffee shop with friendly staff, a great selection of both trading and inventive coffee drinks and excellent food! Lots of cozy indoor seating, as well as a great patio space.

Super rude owner. The food is over priced quality is mid at very best. Ordered the quiche it had gross slimy mushrooms that smelt bad I took one bite and asked for a exchange or a refund. I got very sick later on. PLEASE DON'T EAT HERE. I tried to be nice and tell the owner that it was bad she was very rude and called me a

Wife had Chai which she said tasted like sun tan lotion. My cold brew was good but pricey. It really irks me when you thank someone for dropping off your food/drink and they reply "Yep" How hard is it to say you're welcome? Not worth the price and mediocre service.

This place so cute and welcoming. the owner or main boss was training two new staff and still treated each customer with the highest service. That homemade ketchup was what won me over, it’s mind blowing!

Very nice and decorative restaurant. Staff pulled trash and dishes from tables but did not wipe them downFood and beverage prices are quite high. 2 pastries and 2 regular beverages just over $30! Are we in LA? A lot of pastries and baked goods are open air displayed which allowed flies to land on them. I watched flies land consistently as I stood in line. I felt limited and had to order a pastry from inside the case. I was excited to try the spicy Chai tea but ended up disappointed. To me, it tasted like suntan lotion. I got half way through the beverage (tried finishing it as I paid $6 for it) and gave up as I could not stand the taste and it gave me a stomach ache. The cold brew was good. The cashier was nice and helpful but the 2 staff that delivered our drinks and pastry did not have any customer service skills. I felt like they didn't want to be there. The pastries we got were decent. I do not think I would return.

Great, friendly service and excellent coffee and food. There are many unique choices for both. We enjoyed the soyrizo breakfast tacos and the apricot buckwheat cookie. Very tasty! We'll return the next time we're in Reno!

This is an incredible place with delicious food. It takes about half an hour to find their menu online though, and then by the time you get there (during the times they are listed as being open), their kitchen is closed. There isn’t even any consistency on when it closes in the 4 times that this has happened.I recommend this place for its food and normally great service. But not for their consistency.

Good chocolate Raspberry croissant and mimosas.A little pricey, to accommodate staff: card only (no cash accepted) and tip included in cost.
