We love IHOP, so while visiting Reno we went for breakfast. They weren't busy, but we had to wait about 10 minutes before someone came to take our order. Once the food arrived, it was hot and tasty.There are 2 unisex bathrooms and they were both disgusting. I don't want to guess why both floors were wet. There was toilet paper everywhere, and the one I used had no paper towels.Overall, our breakfast was good.

Food quality was terrible!!The food came out cold the meat wasn’t cooked right and portions were way smaller than the IHOP on galleria way or any other IHOP in general.The service was amazing when it came to our server Kenyon he was beyond amazing and definitely made our terrible food experience a bit better!Definitely not coming back here!!!Would suggest to go to the other IHOPs

The waitress was trying but it was just packed but, my daughter and my breakfast were very cold. Scrambled eggs and pancajes the butter wouldnt even melt. Vary disappointed and we were very hungry. Ihop did write me and asked i copy and paste but i was unable to do so. But they apologized and said someone would contact me from that franchize. I Reno. That does make me feel better.

I love this place, I love the strawberry banana French toast, it is so yummy
The service was really good. The waitress was amazing. The disappointment came with the food. I ordered the Eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was not creamy and it was funky tasting. The potatoes that came with it were cold and you could tell they had come from a stock pile of potatoes set aside. The portions were really small and not really worth the price. The restaurant was oddly shaped and cramped. The only good thing was that the waitress was nice and very attentive.
