The did not pack almost over half of my order. When I returned home everything was cold. There were no napkins and no ketchup or other success that were asked for. My order was correct on the screen. But the bags were almost empty? I called the store when I returned home. I was sent to voice-mail. I left a message and still have not call returned. This is the 2nd time I have not received my order.

i come here pretty often to grab some quick food after work and i had the absolute worst experience today (10/18/23 8pm) the guy at the window was rude. i made a mobile order, and when i got to the window he didn’t say anything, just handed the bag and slammed the door. i ordered ranch, taco sauce and sweet and sour sauce and got NONE. and it shows on the order receipt too. so i sat and waited and he opened the window and said “what” and i informed him that i got none of my sauces, so he grabbed a random handful of sauces i didn’t order, handed it to me and slammed the window. STILL DIDNT GET THE RIGHT SAUCE AND I WANTED AT LEAST TACO SAUCE FOR MY TACOS!!!! and so he comes back and i informed him that i still had not gotten taco sauce, he hands some to me and said “that’s all the sauce you’re getting” and slammed the window for the third time. when i literally ORDERED the sauce. why was it so hard to accomplish a simple task. rude employees. terrible service. i’ll take my money elsewhere from now on! thanks!

It's 8 pm, and I just drove 11 hours from California. Some tacos sound good. Ask the man if the sauce is in the bag. Looks me dead in the eye, yep! Get home, no sauce, order missing itiems and incorrect. It's now 4am, I'm violently filling the kitchen sink with vomit. There's nothing like paying 30 bucks to get a wrong order and food poisoning. I've only ever gotten sick from one jack in the box before, and it was in downtown Los Angeles, so I'll let you do the math. Safe to say, this painful long night will be keeping me from any jack in the boxes for a long time.

So I came here this evening to get a snack but instead found myself suddenly having a nostalgic craving from my 20s of an ultimate cheeseburger combo meal, haha. I was all in and didn't give it second thoughts! I don't normally drink soda but when I pulled up I noticed the menu had a description for soda of 100+ different drink combos and I was sold. I wanted to test out something that I was familiar with and could give a solid opinion on. I went with a Vanilla Coke and it was spot on and deliciously went with my burger and curly fries. Speaking of curly fries, from my previous review, you know I love them from here and tonight was no different. As for the ultimate cheeseburger, for what it's worth, it totally tasted like it did 20 years ago! That's some pretty solid consistency and gotta give them that.
Oh I wish I had asked for her name but there was this lovely woman at around 3:40 PM yesterday giving us our order at the drive through. She was very sweet and kind and had an amazing attitude. When giving us our milkshakes she made sure to tell her coworkers to add extra whip cream and even the cherries without us asking! Fast food service can be tough (trust me I know) but she was so welcoming and positive it gave me my energy back after a long day! I hope she knows that her attitude lifted ours and I hope she continues lifting everyone's spirits but takes care of herself too! Sincerely,The woman with the Attack on Titan Sticker on her car :)

Ate here, got sick a day later. Guy in the PM shift drive through was very sus. Confused orders, rude to people in front of me, lied to me about them being out of condiments (asked in the drive through he said ohh yeah we're all out, went inside and asked the cashier and they had plenty). Wouldn't be surprised if they screwed with our food. Avoid this place and go to in and out where they vet their employees much better than this place.
