Odd place never seen anyone else go in but they are oddly still in bussiness. I've been there about 4 times and each time they are out of beef and they have so much unused space inside with a random religious donation statue in the middle which probably makes more money than they do in selling cookies or whatever. Think they only take cash too. Nice people though. They would make more money renting it out as a wedding celebration venue perhaps...honestly don't know how they are in business without customers...very suspicious.

Where do I even start?? I discovered La Esperanza about two years ago. OMG the bollios are so delicious. They are made twice a day, so one is guaranteed they are very fresh. They are excellent as garlic bread or sandwiches. Next is their Mexican bread. Ohhhh, am getting weak thinking about it. So soft and fresh. The one with cream cheese and jalapeño is high 90s % sold out. I heat it in my toaster oven with some butter. The cornbread is also sooooo delicious! But, my favorites are the white and chocolate cupcakes. If I wasn't so lazy, I could make my own, but easier just to buy. Next are the tamales. Fresh on the weekends. They are large. My favorite is the cream cheese with jalapeño. Am not supposed to be eating jalapeño, so pull that out and cut into little pieces. Then add to the masa. The pork tamales are also very delicious. Both are even more delicious with a fried egg. The burritos and tacos are very good. They also have a good selection of cold beverages and frozen treats. They also sell tortillas and tortilla chips. They open at 6 am daily and close around 7 pm. I am always greeted with a smile and hola! There are only a couple of employees. While the building is huge, they are a small business. I believe in small business and go in 3-5 times a week. They have earned my trust. Give them a shot to earn yours as well.
