One of the better fast food restaurants in all of Reno. They are always friendly and fast. The prices are still affordable in comparison to everywhere else. We got two complete meals with extra sides (egg roll and crab puffs) for less than $30. Highly recommend if you want good food fast and cheap.

This location is ideal for me but today they almost lost a customer, me. I keep my receipts with my gift cards just in case and today I was told my card " had no money on it..." How many times did that work on customers today? Fortunately I had my receipt to prove funds existed. Food was as expected, since I went through drive thru, my car was great :). Moral of this story- keep your gift card receipt.

Just do yourself a favor and don't come here. They never get my order right. They always forget an item or 2. The employees at the drive thru are rude and their customer service sucks! This is my last time coming to this location.

This place wasn't very busy at all. We got right in and ordered it's delicious fresh food. Broccoli and beef,walnut shrimp, stir fried rice and orange chicken chicken. They did a great job on fresh,service. You get your own drinks. I really liked this place.

The manager here is very rude and over all nasty with the employees and customers that don’t want to round up their change for “donations”. Her name is Kit or something like that. I will contact someone about her hostile behavior.

I love panda express. But this location always always has hard foods it's obvious they don't get too busy, because the very few times that i've gone to this location, the food tastes old. Just because you don't use all of the food, doesn't mean you shouldn't make fresh new food to serve to customers. The orange chicken is always hard and tastes like it's been sitting there for hours. This is by far the worst location in Reno area. Which is very unfortunate considering it's the only location with a drive thru. The service is good, but a manager has got to go try the food here.
