I was enjoying my breakfast until I found a hair in my food. That’s not only gross but yeah definitely not finishing my food. Needless to say my wife lost her appetite too. They told me they would charge me for what I ate and that since there wasn’t any hair in my wife’s food she had to pay for hers. She maybe a 1/3 of hers but who wants to eat food when you see hair in someone else’s food at your table. Yuck. I should have walked out but I paid anyway. Worst customer service ever. Won’t be eating there again! What a shame. They could have done what’s right and they could have kept customers.

My husband found hair in his food which absolutely ruined both of our appetites, as it should. When we brought it to their attention they said they would charge us for what we ate. Really! I ate 1/3 of my omelette and they said there wasn’t hair in my food so I had to pay for it. They charged for my whole meal and 1/2 of his. What a joke. That’s disgusting for one, 2 horrible customer service. Never again.

This place is not open past lunch for dinner, so if you need dinner forget it. The breakfast was just OK, but those hashbrowns were awful, just flattened squares cut off a big sheet of potatoes on a flat top, not fluffed up and nice and browned. But wah t was worse was the attitude of the server when asked about the hashbrowns and no we can't fix them the way you like! I'm so outta here!
