Tim was helpful. But man this place was off tonight. First, the salad in the salad bar was nothing but brown. I asked Tim for fresh greens and he brought out ....somewhat better looking. But it was soaked in water. Basic food service everyone knows salad dressing doesn't stuck to wet lettuce.The twisted breadstix were not cooked thoroughly, raw dough inside. Everytime we come here they are usually crisp outside fluffy inside. Not tonight. Raw dough. No color outside I knew right away they would be doughy.Pepperoni pizza. These people have forgotten how to make a pie. Wayyy too much sauce and cheese. The whole underside was a wet and greasy mess.Alot of dirty tables with guests who left long before we arrived.Very disappointed in tonight's dinner. Looks like better management could do good things here.

Out of all the times I have ordered from this place 12% of the time I was happy. The owner was great at service, however it doesn’t make up for what they lack when she isn’t there. I don’t know why the staff have to be babysat, it’s sad because the owner seems like she cares. I will never go again because more often than not I have wasted my time and money. Very disappointed once again.

Came in with a friend to have dinner.. George and his wife just took over it not too long ago. Pizza was amazing and service with a smile. Pizza was made with love, and u could tell.. I got a small pizza that was just right. Me and my friend got our own pizza fresh out of the oven. Ladys in there, cooking it up, making the place smell great. I haven't been here but will be back for sure. The place was very clean ? ? and pleasing. If yall are around town looking for a great pizza place, here's ur spot. Hand made right in front of u.... 5 stars all the way across. Well, (new update) I ate here 4 years ago just after they opened. It was perfect (5 stars). Tonight, I was craving a Salami and Mushroom pizza from Pizza Factory 'cuz I had a really bad/sad day, and just wanted something comforting from my past. I used to work at a small-town Pizza Factory when I was in my early 20's. Back then every ingredient was fresh and HAD TO be inspected every opening day! Unfortunately, the moment I took this pizza inside, I smelled something off. Immediately I noticed the Salami was rancid. Then, I also realized the mushrooms were also off. I'm a lil' bummed as it was a 42.00 pizza after delivery. :,( On the plus side, the delivery was faster than expected. Hope you guys can make sure you get that quality control in place.
We enjoyed the pizzas we ordered. Taste was great!!We will definitely come again.

We were visiting from Texas this Christmas and came across this pizza restaurant because we always look at the reviews before going to a restaurant and I can say, it did not disappoint ? The service was great, the food was delicious and I personally loved the cesar salad. We got a chance to meet the new owners and they are very nice and hospitable people. Super friendly! Next time we're in the area we will definitely be stopping by Kid-friendliness: There's a small area where there's arcade games for the kids

Pizza here was the best but not anymore. I see a under new ownership sign. Very disappointed with the new owners. Pizza is so thin and very little cheese. Pizza was not hot. Chicken wings were cold.
