Just went in and picked up a 1/2 pound of tri-tip with sides of tater tots and pork n beans. The tri -tip was ok, a little fatty and tough but eatable. The tater tots were just gross, they looked like they had been floating in the deep fryer grease all day. They were so overcooked that were were hollow and would crumble in your hand and leave your hands greasy. I didnt even know they would get hollow. The cook should be ashamed of himself or herself for serving something that was so bad. There is no doubt they wouldnt have been given to someone dining in because they would have been sent back 100 % of the time. They were not eatable. The pork and beans were a mystery, I always thought pork and beans were supposed to be reddish in color, these were kind of a muddy brown color and tasted weird. Maybe they were old but they were uneatable as well. This wont be a bad review all around, the girl that gave me my order stopped what she was doing and came right over and helped me, and was very friendly. It was her service that kept this review from being a 1 star. First time eating here and since I basically spent $28 (with tip) for 5 slices of tri-tip I believe it will be the last.

I picked this place based on menu and reviews. I was wrong to do so. Friendly service but slow and timing way off. My friend got is app and finished before I got mine. All food we received was lukewarm at best. Like the food had been sitting for a bit before delivery. My friend ribs has multiple fragments of bone in the meat, he was unable to finish. He did end up not getting charged for it. I did notice they had a lot of carry out orders. They may just not know how to execute both at the same time. I won’t be going back and can’t recommend this restaurant.

We went for Mother's Day dinner and were happy to find a place in Reno that wasn't packed and that could seat us immediately. The ambiance and decor are really welcoming, and though there were a fair number of diners, the noise level was low, which we greatly appreciated. I had the rotisserie chicken, which was exceptional. The risotto alone is worth a trip. The wine list isn't extensive but it featured something for everyone in our party. Our server went above and beyond in her care and attention. And every member of staff we interacted with was cordial and solicitous. Would definitely recommend to rotisserie fans, and to those seeking a casual, affordable, high-quality place to enjoy a meal with friends and family.Parking: Parking lot

I ordered the 1/4 Tri Tip medium rare, the meat was so dry not even the sauces helped with some moisture. Ordered the sauteed veggies and a salad as my side, the veggies came out late, were cold and were basically mostly sauteed cherry tomatoes, 1 slice of mushroom and 1 small piece of a broccoli.. the salad and dressing were the best part of the meal.. the service was excellent, the food was terrible.

Ample parking, clean facility, and a good value when you look at price to portion size. You will leave stuffed! Staff were very nice and food came out quickly.Wife and I had the chicken tenders/fries and the Mac n cheese skillet. The noodles in the Mac were a bit over cooked and the cheese sauce lacked flavor. Needed some more soul to it. Tendies and fries were cooked well.We saw other entrees coming out and they looked great. Huge salads! Good menu with a lot of options. Definitely worth a try!

Friendly staff, delicious food. I love that it has the right blend of quality food while still having a comfortable vibe.

Well my wife and I have driven by this place a lot and finally stopped in for dinner last night. First I want to say the service was excellent and the restaurant was clean, with a nice bar and tons of TV’s. Second, since it’s called a Rotisserie we both decided to order from that section. I got the sampler meal, my wife got the 1/4 chicken meal. I felt the best part was the Cesar salad,Mac&cheese and although very overcooked and a tad bit to dry, the Tri Tip. The ribs were dry and chicken was also dry. I felt like it was microwaved. My wife said she liked her chicken but ordered tater tots and they were mushy. Even tough out first experience wasn’t good we will definitely try again sometime on the great service alone and try something other than Rotisserie.

The tri tip and chicken plus the salads are just sumptuous here . Fast service . Big screen TVs. You can go to mass daily at 12 noon at The Little Flower Catholic Church across the street then have lunch here.

Delicious Food, great service and cozy atmosphere. Had the Tri-Tip Chicken Combo with Risotto and Chimichurri it was so good! Definitely going back soon!

Came in an hour before closing on Halloween, the staff was all very friendly and helpful and didn't mind accommodating a late arrival. Good beer options, several bourbon options and lots of good meats! I had the Knuckle Sandwich which is basically their version of a French dip, quite tasty. The sweet tots were really good but ended up being just a little too sweet for me to finish all of them. Trust your gut!

Wow! I've seen this place & driving past for years. Big mistake! One of our regular Sunday morning restaurants was closed, se we decided to go. Warm, friendly, inviting & clean atmosphere. Service was exemplary, and the food was great also. There 3 of us, so ventured into a myriad of items - Mac & cheese wit bacon added, a wonderful beef dip & fries, & brisket Tot-Cho's. A meal in itself! Throw in a couple cocktails, & all for a hundred bucks!

We were absolutely starving and picked the first place that came up outside the airport. We struck gold! We ordered the chop salad and BLT on white bread. Both surpassed our expectations. Portions are ample and there was definitely some homemade level craft to our meal. Absolutely filling and so good. Our lunch experience guide, Melissa, is by far the most lovely and bright we've ever had. (Sometimes the word server just doesn't seem to match the incredible warmth of the person we interact with). The ambiance is warm and inviting, exactly what you'd expect from a rotisserie style place. Parking is ample! Definitely stop in!

Came in for an early dinner after all day on the road. I had a general idea of what to expect from the online menu and photos of the food, but the flavor was out of this world. The burger I got was fantastic and absolutely crushed it.

Several rotisserie meats to choose from- we went with chicken and tri tip. Especially liked the sides- a great cheesy risotto and sautéed veggies. My partner went with chili and a hunk of cornbread Several microbrews available for those so inclined. Definitely worth a visit
