Young employees, immature to say the least. They make an okay sandwich. Their soda was expired and they don't accept American Express. Since I'm out of town that's important to me.
Updating my review because of the service I got today. The girl was insanely slow. I thought she'd make picture perfect sandwiches with the pace she made the 3 in front of me. But nope, just slow and the sandwiches came out messy. When it was my turn I saw the sign on the menu for $6 deal. Knowing previously some of their deals, I ordered my footlong sandwich and she made it how I asked, no big deal. I get to the cash register and put a bag of chips down. This Reno Subway was sub-standard in several ways, but the sandwiches tasted ok (and we didn't get sick) so assigning 2 stars. Located off the Riverwalk, so lots of foot traffic in the area. Its very small and tight inside and must go up steps to enter. We were there on 4th of July and it was super busy and only 1 guy working. Also AC wasn't working right so hot & stuffy inside.
