Avoid this location at ALL costs. Stopped going to this location ages ago because apparently they cannot read at all and every single modifier is ignored, and their food is a joke. Ordered through the ap which uses door dash and was not happy but chanced it. Did not receive 3 items out of 9, chips in double stacked tacos were completely stale, crunchwrap Supreme was literally a half inch thick or less, pretty much just shell and wrap with literally about a half ounce of meat in it. It was so bad I pulled it apart out of curiosity as it was inedible, stale, and burnt, and it was literally about 20% of what a crunchwrap should be. Ordered cheesy Fiesta potatoes with no sour cream and they were loaded with so much I had to throw them away also. Had the new nachos with extra cheese that I paid for, and there was hardly any cheese on them at all. This locationnis purely pathetic, no way around it. I was hoping after 2 years of not going they would have fixed their issues, but not even close, they got worse if that's even possible.

I ordered for here and my stuff always comes in a bag, why even ask? Is it really that hard to cut the over priced Mexican pizza?

I ordered last night inside with my brother, and they took over 30 minutes for a small order. I counted over 8 drive through orders completed before we got our food. Then they hand me my food and my slushie drink was missing. We only had a 20 dollar order. The food was sloppy, thrown together, tasted like it had been warmed over. We threw all of the food away. The poor quality reflects you as a worker. Do better!

Up to $12 an hour for highly qualified employees?! That's horrible.... I feel that should be the minimum entry for no experience, not "highly qualified". This decor the restaurant decided to use completely ruined the atmosphere and my experience here. I no longer feel comfortable shopping and supporting this location knowing they support and advertise these kind of wages.

The drive thru is almost always super fast. Very friendly staff. The food always smacks and I noticed this location usually has more special options than the one off of golden valley.

I got two chalupa boxes … chalupas were so old we couldn’t bite them… I know that hold time should be 15 minutes not 15 hours… my cinnamon twist had no cinnamon just fried noodles.. worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and to top all that off I wasn’t offered a receipt and my food wasn’t even warm . This place not only needs more employees but they definitely need new management.

Eh. They're a little slower than other locations we've been to, and more often than not, they forget at least one item per trip.

A normal taco Bell experience, all taco bells seem to have some confusion with drinks, and this one didnt disappoint on that, but over all it was decent.

Worst Taco Bell anywhere! Ordered 3 burrito supremes and when I opened the bag, the burritos were so small they where for a child they looked like, and I looked inside the burrito and it had beans and onions and a whole bunch of sour cream!! Totally disgusting for $20… never ever going back!!

This is probably the best taco bell in the world! Amazing staff! Everyone is super friendly, polite, and patient. The food is always perfect. There is never a time were I have gone to this location and been disappointed. I moved up to the north valleys in March and I would say we at least come to this location once every two weeks. If your in the area I would suggest you stop by.

A line halfway to Fallon only to find out they don’t have any ground beef, how do you not have ground beef when 80% of your menu has ground beef items? I get it that it’s not a high-end restaurant, but having basic menu items isn’t too much to ask, is it?

Man this place is really horrible for service. No one to take your order. Can't tell anyone no ice. Or any customization on your orders. Avoid this place.

I have given this Taco Bell location so many tries to get 1 simple order right. Yet here I am writing a 1 star review. Long story short, they’re always out of something and unless you actually pick your order up, then you might have a slim chance it will be correct. Do not ever order delivery because you will be disappointed and not receive even close to what you order, and that’s if they don’t cancel your order while the driver is trying to pick it up.

The store manager needs to be nicer and more sympathetic if they want to hire more people and be a decent running business like it used to. A high school student came asking about employment in the nicest way and was extremely genuine. While the store manager responds was “I don’t have time for this”That’s great behavior to keep your business being understaffed. With this management it’ll be shut down in no time.

Warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere with a very personal touch ... the owner was on site and was actively involved in the dining experience ... delicious food and a variety of options ... I highly recommend ... thank you!!Dietary restrictions: The team accommodated dietary restrictions with ease and offered additional creative alternatives .. thank you so much!!
