The now ubiquitous QR code took me somewhere that flagged security on my phone. Eventually served with a hardcopy menu. My 16 oz Firestone 805 beer cost more than $10. That's spendy at LAX. That and the seemingly compulsory requirement for staff to speak in shouting mode makes me think this is definitely last resort. There are better options at Reno airport

Typical airport lounge / restaurant. Good enough spot to kill time and have a drink - mine was a summer drink special, yummy but a bit pricey (about $20 for 1 drink). Sat at the bar and had attentive service and killed time with video gambling counter games.

Below average airport barServer was on edge and curt with his wordsPC also stopped working so they closed early which based on other reviews doesn't sound like a new issue. Anyone bothering to improve things around there? I guess not...If Reno airport wants to be taken seriously with its renovations and other glitz, then it should look internally as well with the quality of the establishments inside.

Went to the bar waitress closing because sh had been here since 4am. Had to wait for someone else to come. Rude to my husband. She is Still here 20 minutes later. New person came and let us order. Not a good feeling for the airport.

Walked in and ordered a bloody. Was informed NO FOOD. Although all advertising says “food”. There are menus - but the bartender stated that because she was all alone - she could only make a few things.

Beatriz the bartender is real friendly and nice and works really hard serving everybody all their food and drinks. They have 16 ounce aluminum bottles of Budweiser that are ice cold to go along with Fireball shots if you want them, which is exactly what I had and recommend especially if Beatriz is the bartender when you are there.

Came here at 2:30pm on a Tuesday, when the online hours clearly state it’s open, and the lady told us she was closed?Why even have a bar/restaurant at an airport if you close at 2:30?? There’s no way the owners knew she was closing this early? Seems fishy to me.

Arrived at 10am. Just had breakfast before heading to airport. We had 3 hours to kill. Sat at the bar and asked if we could order in half hour as we just ate. The woman was angry and annoyed. Said "fine" and walked off. Five minutes later, we were asked to leave to make room for paying customers. So we sat at a table at the end of the restaurant to stay "out of the way" despite the fact that we plan to order. The place was EMPTY. Shortly later. The woman behind the counter called airport security to get us to leave. Security saw us, shook his head and left. They have a chip on their shoulder and gang up on employees. I've never felt more disrespected at an establishment in my life. Also, we speak Spanish, and can understand the smack you're talking.

I came in around 2:30pm and the bartender was so awful. She was unfriendly, ignoring tables that sat, taking her time to clean up spills and clearly didn’t want to be there. I’ve worked in the service industry and I understand what it’s like to be short staffed. This person is clearly miserable and needs retraining or to be fired.
