Kate made a fantastic and beautiful set of cakes for my wedding. Her vanilla cake tastes like real vanilla (and not just a white cake), and the cinnamon chiffon/cappuccino cream filling combination was a crowd favorite. We had such fun planning the wedding cake with Kate! We are 3+ hours from Albany, but Kate was very accommodating and never rushed us. She had great ideas, completely "got" what we were trying to accomplish with the design, and served up so many delicious options during our tastings! The tiered cake was absolutely adorable! I ordered a Belgian chocolate birthday cake with raspberry cream filling. At first I was a bit disapointed in the appearance bc to me it looked simple but was still nice. No raspberries on top;however, there were raspberries on the inside. When myself and rest of guests bit into it, it was perfect. Even just cutting the cake its height is taller than other places.
