Great service and beautiful handwork on the sandwiches. Oh my goodness!! The loaded tots were to die for! Totally professional clean work done here. I feel safe from Covid and any other viruses going around.
This mall is my usual food and rest stop while driving from Buffalo to the little state of Connecticut and this trip was no different. I made my way to the food court and attempted to eat at my third place and that just so happened to be Mr.Subb! I didn't expect much from this place as it looked fairly bland but what caught my eye on the menu was my favourite unhealthy lunch meat, bologna! Your staff needs to learn to say thank you when a customer leaves a tip instead of standing there and not saying anything, this is a common occurrence in most of your shops, particularly with your point of sale tip ability, train your staff to look for the tip and when they get it to make sure they say thank you, this is one of the reasons why I don't normally tip at these type of places.
