We were lucky enough to stumble on these fine folks at the Glens Falls Thursday night food truck event at the Shirt Factory a little over a month ago. We had friends staying with us for a long weekend so we sampled their shawarma and pierogis (along with some other stuff from different vendors). This is seriously a hidden gem! We went to the restaurant last week and loved the food so much that we went back today. We highly recommend this place. The food was delicious!! We ordered the Ukrainian plate (stuffed cabbage, perogies, sautéed cabbage & kielbasa) borscht, and received baba ganoush. Everything is homemade and it was amazing!! Their servings are plentiful and reasonably priced. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
