Food was absolutely delicious! Me and my girlfriend stopped here before our Ariana Grande concert on March 18th, 2019 and the owners made us feel like family. Me and my significant other don't usually eat Greek food but it was a great introduction and we'll be looking forward to trying more and definitely making this our go to stop before Times Union Center!
Went to The Traverna today for a casual business meeting. First time there. Was greeted by a friendly waiter who was very attentive to our table of six. I ordered the special - lemon chicken - and it was absolutely delicious. The rest all ordered variations of gyros and all were complimentary. Also eggplant fries - yum! Paid our bill, headed out and heard a super friendly "thank you" from the kitchen. Awesome lunch, friendly service, and done in under an hour.

Anytime I see a Greek restaurant it’s a no brainer - that’s where I want to eat. The gyros was simple and awesome! Perfect portion, flavor and inexpensive as well! Had a nice chat with Zach and the owner. I definitely recommend this place, can’t wait to be back!
